How far before the wedding should we go to the court house for our marriage license.

You can go 60 days (I believe) out. We went around a month out.

Like Court said, no more than 60 days out. The licence is only valid for that long.

I'm going like 58 days out since that'll be the last time FI and I will be in FL together before the wedding
