Hi girls...I'm sitting in my hotel room in Hawaii waiting for dinner and figured I'd check in to see what's going on. So remember a while back when I posted about how annoying it was having people tell me my BF was going to propose here? Well, I guess this is one time where I'll be okay with them telling me I told you so :-D
We got in Friday afternoon and came to check in at our hotel, but it wasn't ready yet so we went into the little town to get some food. After we ate, we came back to the hotel and checked in, then rushed to get to the black sand beach nearby by sunset. BF is into photography, so I figured he just wanted to get some good sunset pics. We found a secluded spot away from everyone, walked on the beach a little bit, then BF grabbed my hand, got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!
I was very surprised (obviously). We actually went ring shopping last weekend, but I definitely didn't expect that he could get a ring that fast, which is another reason I was so surprised, but apparently he's a good liar when it comes to things like that. Lol. He bought it Tuesday and they had it ready for him Thursday, but I made it easy for him since I had to work late all last week.
Anyways, I was excited to share the news. I'll post ring and vacation pics when I get home. :-D
