Envelopes

Has anyone priced out the difference between envelopemall.com and paper depot for A7 stardream? I was just on envelopemall.com checking the price, and shipping always gets me, lol. Just curious to see what it would be if I were to just pick it up at Paper Depot myself.

I don't know the price off hand, but also check out Anchor Paper (Express?) - they price their envelopes by the pound.  I got a shimmery paper like Stardream (forgot what it's called) and got a good deal on envelopes there, if I remember right.

I can't remember exact numbers but I want to say my A8 stardream envelopes were like $0.55 each at Anchor Paper, where I paid like $0.30 each (including shipping) from envelopemall...but I think it all depends on how many you need too, envelopemall only comes in packs of 100.

You could also check Art Materials in Uptown. I ordered my shimmery envelopes from the Envelopements line there. If you see something from that line or one of their other suppliers online, they'll order it for you. One thing I didn't think of with shimmer envelopes that the woman at the store tipped me off to-they don't accept all kinds of ink. Some shimmer envelopes don't allow printer ink (and some other inks) to dry--so try your perferred ink on your sample :) HTH.

Definitely check Anchor Paper. We went through the express location on University Ave/ 280 and envelopes weren't too bad at all...  We order 250 A7 envelopes for about $17.  We just got "simple" linen ones, but I don't think their sparkly ones were much more!

They might be cheaper elsewhere, it looks like.  You wouldn't have to pay for shipping from anchor though?
