  Most girls on the DIY board order plain wooden letters from Ed Reitler - craftyeddy@gmail.com - he does a fantasic job and his rates are super reasonable. Then you buy the rhinestones and attach them yourself.

  Also, the Wedding Classifieds board, or the Trash to Treasure board on the nest might be better places to look for a cake topper to buy already done.

  If she is running out of time, AC Moore and Michaels do have them, but they are not covered in rhinestones
