New topic! I'm bored and feel like repurposing my repeat post.

How did you and FI meet? When did you know your FI was "the one"?

My FI and I met at summer camp. I was 13 and he was 17 when we first remember meeting, but we had both gone to camp as camper for a number of years prior. We both worked there for a good number of years and were co-workers and friends the whole time. It wasn't until my best friend from camp and his best friend started dating that we ended up hanging out just the two of us. We went up to his friends apartment for a night to party and after our two dating friends went to bed we were left alone. We stayed up all night talking. The next night the four of us plus a bunch of other friends all went to my place to party and again we stayed up long past everyone else. He kissed me that night and we've been inseparable ever since. I was 20 and he was 24 when we started dating. The two dating friends are now our MOH and BM. He even opted to go to grad school where I was finishing my undergrad degree. In the four years we've been together the longest we've been apart is ten days while he gone at a national conference.

Not sure when I knew he was the one. Maybe when we took our first big road trip together. We'd been together about five months and the end destination was his family in Chattanooga. I got to meet all of his extended family and they loved me!

I have his late grandmothers ring as my engagement ring. When she passed and his mom and her siblings were splitting her belonging, his mom swiped the ring fast knowing she wanted him to have it for me. They had the ring and were in cahoots about the proposal for like a whole year before he actually asked.

My fiance and I met when we both volunteered for our high school's theatre. We were friends back then just having a lot of fun building sets, painting them, making props and costumes and such. He helped me out of a really dark place. The relationship I was in made me go into depression, and he pulled me out of it. After that we became really close, but I didn't want to date him. He seemed like a player to me, but I gave him a chance and my opinion of him changed. I don't know when I actually knew. I think it was when he accepted me for who I am, because I have a lot of problems and he could have just walked away, but he didn't.

FI stalked me.... LOL
No, seriously. He works with my brother and about 4 years ago I stopped by their work to talk to my brother and he said he was staring at my ass through the shop doors!! He asked my brother WHO was that??!! and my borther said "My SISTER! don't even think about it!!" lol he had his eye on me though! (I was dating my douchebag Ex though so I was not even thinking about dating someone else... )
Fast-forward to December 2010- my friend and I wanted dates to our work's Christmas party- my brother said he'd go with my friend and he was going to bring me a date (I had left my Ex about 3 months before) My brother told FI I needed a date and he JUMPED at the chance... so technically it was a blind date...
it was about 3 weeks later my brother texts me from work and said "A**** wants to go on a real date with you" I responded "hahahahaaaa seriously?" (lol) so we went out on Jan 2nd and it's history!!

He popped the question on Feb 10th 2011 using his grandmother's diamond and our wedding date is June 1st 2013!!

BTW- I had a 10 month old baby when he wanted to "go on a real date" thats why I was so taken aback about him REALLY wanting to date me! well, he's been the best thing for my daughter and I- better dad to her than her Bio-dad ever would have been!!! Couldn't ask for a more dependable, hardworking, family oriented, loving, fun guy!!

FI and I met way back in Middle school.

We actually "dated" then if that's what you want to call it. Our first kiss was in the elevator at the mall, poor boy never knew what hit him. We still talk about that day a lot.

We ended our relationship, for one we were like 12, and two my grandfather, who I was living with at the time wouldn't let me date until I was 16.

All throughout high-school, we liked each other, but We were always dating someone else. We had both been in relationships for 2 years that had ended shortly after HS.

I saw him at his job, we exchanged hellos, and he told me to text him.

From there we started talking, and had a few dates. Four and 1/2 years later, here we are.

I think the moment I knew I would marry him was when he told me he loved me.

I couldn't tell you how long into the relationship exactly, but it was around 4 months.

He was so shy about it, he texted me saying

"I hope you love me, as much as I have come to love you"

I of course said it back

I really don't think we could find two other people to deal with the way we are. He is my balance, and I love who he makes me.

Aww, I love reading all these stories.

We met through friends when we were 25. My childhood best friend was engaged to his childhood best friend, and one night, they made plans to get everyone together for happy hour. I found out later that my friend had been working on a way to get us in the same room so that we could meet. We spent the entire night talking to each other, and he asked for my number at the end of the night. After our first date about a week later, we started hanging out more and more. I had been going though a lot of personal stuff that summer (serious issues with my roommates, one of my sisters was in and out of treatment for mental problems, my grandmother was dying, etc.), and he stood by me the whole time.

I started thinking he was the one after things settled down a little bit and he was still around. All of the drama going on in my life when we first started dating could have easily chased him off. And man, I'm glad he did, because he's turned into my best friend and I don't know what I'd do without him.

FI and I met when a few months after I had gone through a really bad breakup with someone I thought was "the one". A friend I have known since grade school knew about my hot mess of a breakup and started inviting me over to a house he was living in with 3 other guys as a way to get my mind off things. They had parties every weekend and I met a lot of really great people. I'd also go over during the week to watch basketball games with them, or Lost when it was still airing.

The friend who had initially invited me over all the time wanted to introduce me to one of his roommates who was single (with all the parties and gatherings there I wasn't formally introduced to FI for a few months even though he was one of the house residents!). At the time of introduction, FI was drunk and having a cigarrette to which I turned to my friend and said "uhhh you know I don't date guys that smoke." Future FI heard this and replied with "uhhhh well I wasn't asking you out, b*tch." I learned later on that he wasn't a true smoker and only had a cigarrette or two when he drank, and after my comment never had a cigarrette again b/c he wanted to date me. We ran into each other at a bar a month or so later and started talking. He asked for my number, we went on a date the next evening and have been together ever since, and of course laugh about how we got off on the wrong foot all the time.

I knew he was the one when it took him a full 365 days to say "I love you." By that point we had been living together for quite some time and he had seen every side to me there was to see and I knew that he truly meant the words and we'd end up getting married. He proposed 9 months after saying I love you, and as it turns out he had started saving to buy me a ring when we were only dating for 6 months, which is even sweeter because he had been thinking about it for really long time before it happened.

All your stories are so sweet!!!!! I love this thread, good job Courtney, lol. So I actually knew FI when I was 15 and he was 20. We worked at the same place, but he only worked weekends. I remember thinking he was good looking, but he was a college guy and had a girlfriend. Plus, he acted all too cool for school because he was on the college football team and was an AllAmerican. We barely ever talked save for a few stupid convos or work related things. I was really good friends with 2 of his best friends though, and talked to them all the time. His best friend tried soooo hard to hook up with me he's younger than FI so he was 17 at this time. I wouldn't have it though, lol. Anyway, I only worked there 1 summer. I saw FI at a party shortly after, but we didn't talk. He told me later that he was checking me out while I was there though lol. Fast forward 3 years ish, my friend and now BM invited me to a coworkers party. I dragged another friend along since I wouldn't know anyone, and said I'd probably leave early. All of FIs friends I had kept in touch with over the years were there, including FI. I started hanging out with them, and FI and I reintroduced ourselves, and started playing beer pong and flirting with each other. We kissed that night exchanged numbers, and he made ME call HIM for a date. I was terrified, but glad I did. I had met him right before I left for college, and I knew he was the one because we stayed together the whole time even though I was far away. He visited me a lot and I came home all the time and eventually transferred to be closer to him. I still remember when he told me he loved me, and I had ne er felt like that about someone before. And here we are 8 years later.

FI and I met a bit over 4 years ago... My friend and I were going to the zoo and she asked if she could bring her crush and his twin brother. FI was the twin brother, not the crush - just an FYI lol We had a really fun trip to the zoo, he was so silly and had me laughing all day. I started to like him because he was so cute and I love a guy who can make me laugh. I tried to flirt, but he seemed uninterested (I later found out that he was just completely oblivious). We hung out a lot after that at random parties and then we started talking everyday on MSN. After one party, I was the DD, so I dropped him and his brother off at home and we sort of lingered on our goodbye, but then he awkwardly said goodnight and left. I dropped off our other friend, who noticed our connection and he forced me to text FI. He said that if I didn't text him and tell him I liked him, then he would call him and completely embarass me. Well I texted, and FI didn't write back until 4:00 pm the NEXT AFTERNOON. I spent the day mortified, thinking that he didn't like me. Eventually though, he finally wrote back and said he liked me too :P We've been together ever since!

The night after our first date, I called my best friend and said that I thought I could marry him. I am not sure when I 100% knew for sure, but it didn't take long. Our relationship was so different than any before him. I previously dated jerks and spent the whole time stressed and full of anxiety - always fighting. With FI, we rarely fought and just had fun all the time. Tons of laughing and it was all just so easy. I finally realized "oh! this is what it's supposed to be like!" We said I love you at Christmas.. so a few months into the relationship and moved in at about the 1 year mark. He proposed a month or two after our 3 year anniversary.

Blind date.

LOL, no joke. I actually went on a blind date that was successful. FI and I had a common friend (my MOH) that he'd known for a very long time and I'd only known a couple of years at the time. MOH and I were talking one day and she said something about having a good man in her life and I jokingly said "Yeah, I'm looking for one of those too, hahaha" (I was definitely NOT after 2 failed marriages). She started quizzing me and said she knew of the perfect guy for me to just hang out and be friends with...a casual, companion-only relationship that might grow into something more much later down the road because he'd just come off a bad break up. WARNING BELLS went off. No lie I seriously heard, "Danger Will Robinson Danger!!!" Not wanting to be rude I told her to give him my email and was surprised when he emailed me and I actually liked him. More emails, text messages and finally a double date and it was all downhill from there. I was hooked and he was too.

I'm not sure when I knew he was the one. Maybe when he found out how screwed up I am from past relationships and didn't walk away or maybe when he discovered how insane my family is and still didn't run.

These stories are so sweet. I am so glad I took a break from work.

I met my FI online- Here is the backstory: My first husband died when I was 29 from cancer. About a year after he died all my friends, family and my late husbands family were pushing me to date. But I was like no, I don't want to meet anyone. Just shortly before the 2 year anniv. of his death, on Christmas Eve (which was late husbands birthday) my daughter who was 7 says to me right out of the blue "Mom, do you know what I think Daddy would want for his birthday", and she says "I think he would want you to find a boyfriend" And I responded "why do you think that" and she said "Daddy loved you so much he wouldn't want you to be alone." So I think that was what I needed, to know that she was ready too. So I gave my friends some ground rules- Never married, no crazy ex wives, no kids, cant want to have kids but has to be ok with mine, good paying job, own his own home, can't smoke and can't work in construction (not being a snob- at the time I was working in construction and just didn't want to come home to it) dark hair, dark eyes, in good shape, likes cats and dogs and Christian. My sister is like good luck with that! So she suggested I do an online dating site. And that is how we met. And I knew he was a good egg when he didn't even react when before our first date I asked to run a background check on him...seriously I did, even though I knew for his job that he gets background checks and has high level govt. security clearance.

So we dated for a few months before I let him meet my daughter. As he is on his way over to meet her for the first time she pukes all over her bathroom floor. So when he gets to the door I am like this is not a good time. And he says, let me come in and help you. So, he sits down on the couch with my daughter, holding her hair back and handing her a wet washcloth as she pukes more in a bucket and I am upstairs cleaning the floor. And the whole time I can hear her talking to him in between puking, basically interviewing him-what do you do, where do you live, do you have any cats, whats your favorite color, etc.etc. Then he played Disney trivia with her. So, that night I had a feeling he could be the one.

We have been together for 11 years. FI was the first and only guy I dated and everyone is convinced my late husband sent him because he met every single one of my qualifications and he and my daughter have a great relationship and his first name is Scott and my late husbands best friend is named Scott.

FI and I met at college at an event we call Southeast 101 for new students. I love that you posted this today because I just helped our new students with Southeast 101 today so it's almost the 3 year anniversary since we met. We both dated other people and saw each other every once in a while. In Spring 2011, we ended up having lunch together a few times a week because our schedules matched up. He went to a party my fraternity has called the "White Trash Bash." It was the first weekend I really ever drank, and I dared him to kiss me. He did and stayed with me that night since I was pretty well gone. We were inseperable after that.

I love reading everyone's stories. What a great thread!

FI and I met at a friend's birthday party trolley. My best friend is her younger sister and he grew up with her in their old neighborhood. When he walked in I thought that he was cute and told my friend. Her reaction was "that could work." I was embarassed I had said anything since I didn't know what she had planned and she's known for meddling. We ended up going around the room saying our names and how we know the birthday girl. Nothing happened that night, I was in charge of my drunk friend and another girl was all over him all night. My friend ended up making us talk on facebook because she really thought we could work out. We made plans for a 1st date and he actually ended up getting really sick and had to postpone it. I was bummed but we went out a few nights later and we've been together ever since.

I knew he was the one within a month of dating. Something just felt right and different from the other guys I've dated before. We went to visit my cousins in PA about a month and a half after we started dating and I remember telling my cousin's wife that he was definitely the one and that I'd marry him someday. I think she thought I was a little crazy and naive but we've been together almost 3 years and are getting married June 8th!

everyones stories are so sweet!!!

My FI and i went to school together since middle school. I knew who he was just because it was a small school but we never talked! My sophmore year of high school i "dated" my best guy friend that entire year (not my fiance) and that summer he moved to North Carolina (i live in maryland) I liked him so much and really was heartbroken (for that age) when he moved away. We stayed "together" that summer during which time i became friends with Austin my fiance. My fiance was there for me all summer listening to how sad i was my boyfriend at the time moved away and how we are going to try to stay together and put up with that ALL summer. Not sure how he did that. After that summer i broke up with my then boyfriend because i did NOT want to do long distance especially because i was 15 years old and had no clue what i wanted so we ended it. I decided i would never do a long distance relationship ever again and that i would date anyone for a while because it was really hard for me to make the choice to break up with my boyfriend at the time..

I WAS WRONG. After i became single i spent ever single second with Austin we did everything together we enjpy doing the same things and just loved being together. He asked me to go to the school dance with him my junior year of highschool. I remember he asked me to go as friends because he knew i just got out of a tough relationship, however by that time i had totally fallen in love with him, as much as you can fall in love at 16 anyway. We hung out about a week before the dance and he ended up kissing me and i have never looked back! That was five years ago!

We dated my junior and senior year of highschool flawlessly really, we are perfect for each other. Compliment each other very well. Won cutest couple senior year, the whole nine yards. Once we graduated high school he went to the Coast Guard Academy which is in Connectuict and 6 hours away from me. I remember thinking back to how horrible Long distance was but there was no way i could give him up just because thats what he wanted to do! He has been in the coast guard and us long distance 3 years now and it has been such an incredible experience. He is currently finishing his last year this year before he will graduate an Officer and we will get married a week later! Its amazing seeing all these things we talked about when we were "just kids" dating at 16 and going into a long distance relationship fresh out of highschool actually happening!

I knew he was the one for me after i said goodbye to him before he went to the Coast Guard Acacemy. it was the hardest thing i've ever done. I of course was crying and i just remember him staying over my house till four in the morning and us just crying which doesnt sound romatic at all but to see how much he cared about me and how hard it was for him to leave me, i loved him more than ever in that moment and continue to love him more everyday, I cant wait till after four years of long distance and no talking and waiting we can finally be together again, forever!

So my father called me up one day to tell me to stop by my uncles before heading back down to campus (was a Sunday) because my cousins now husband was having a small cookout for his birthday with a handful of family and friends. FI and hubby, let's call him Joe, went to high school together and ran into each other randomly like two weeks before and FI was invited to Joes party. So I rode down to the fire on my dirt bike and hung out for a few hours talking mostly to Joe and my cousin, my dad and my future bf. two days later he found me on MySpace (wow so old school!) and asked me out on a date. I figure Wth and we ended up having a wonderful time! We started going out a couple weeks later, and about two months in, we both knew we were right for each other. I can't explain it, but I just knew, I remember pulling up to his uncles for fourth of July and I said something like I think I'm going to marry you and he looked and me and said, you know I've been thinking the same thing!

My FI and I met in Feb of 2009 which was both of our senior year of high school ( we went to different schools). We actually met at Pizza Hut and started talking right away. We had to hide it from my mother because she used to get a little crazy about who I dated. We became official two days after prom. I'm pretty sure I knew he was the one very early on but he was leaving for basic training in Aug 2009 so we actually were not planning on staying together because of the distance but I couldn't bear to end it so suddenly so we ended up staying together and despite the distance has been the best 3 years of my life!

AHAH i love this!!

I moved to Coventry when I was starting 7th grade and on the bus there was this hot guy on the bus but he sat in the back cuz he was in highschool (highschool and middle school shared buses) I found out that he was my next door neighboor and for 5 years even when he wasn't there anymore cuz he went off to college I would go by and tell my friends. that he was my boyfriend and he just doesn't know it yet. that 5th year I got a job at a cvs down the street from my house and sure enough I found out he was back and he would come and talk to his friend that also worked there. SO I got some information from him. Then a couple weeks later he came in to get moutain dew but his friend wasn't there so i checked him out and told him that I was his neighbor. He told me that i freaked him out hahaha. But it worked and he found me on myspace through his friend and asked me out on a date. And we have been together ever since and are going on 6 years together and haven't spent more that a day without each other!

The first time my FI and I met was when we were in the 7th grade. He came with my uncle and cousin to my high school football game. (my FI and cousin are best friends and have been since they were in the 2nd grade and they went to a different school then me!) My FI and his family would come to picnics that my aunt and uncle would have , so we would see each other through out high school. My uncle want to hook us up for a long time. but we both just laughed at him. the summer before we went to college we both hung out with each other but decided not to date since we were both starting college soon. nothing really happened until the summer between our sophmore and junior year of college. I sent him a random email and he asked if i wanted to have lunch with him. We went to lunch and then went to a friends house that was having a BBQ for my birthday. we all had fun and the next day we shared our first kiss and made it offical! 4 yrs and 2 months later here we are!

FI met when I was 19 and he was 24. He was in a fraternity with one of my good friends boyfriends. One night, he invited a lot of his friends out, she invited her friends. It wasnt even really a set up, and I was just coming off a 4 year relationship and had a horrible break up, I wasnt really interested in dating or meeting anyone. Well we started talking, and never seperated after that night. I actually moved back home and transferred colleges because I hated being away from him.

These are great! FI and I met at a wedding, of all places (so cliche...ha!). He was a groomsman and I was a guest. He started chatting and dancing with me throughout the night. I wasn't really attracted to him, but I gave him my number at the end of the night, because I figured that was harmless. So, we texted back and forth for a few days, and then he called me and we talked for over an hour, and he asked me to have dinner with him at the end of the conversation. I remember telling my friend (now MOH) that I wasn't overly excited about the date, but I figured it was a free meal (joking). So, he picked me up, and as soon as I opened the door, I was blown away...he was wearing contacts (he had glasses on the night I met him) and he seemed taller and I don't know...just different. So, we went to dinner and we had the best date that either of us had ever been on...we were talking and laughing the whole night, and I just felt comfortable with him. He went to the bathroom at one point, and I texted my friend and told her that it was going better than I expected, and that I kind of liked him. He was going to Aruba a few days later for a week, and I thought about him the whole time. I was worried that maybe he was going to forget about me, but he texted me as soon as he landed and we made plans to see each other the next day. He told me that he thought about me the whole time, and was telling his friend about "this girl he met at a wedding." So, that was about 5 years ago, and we've been together ever since! I don't remember when I realized he was "the one," but i remember when I realized that i loved him: It was a few months into our dating relationship, and we were at his apartment, and I told him that I had heard a new song that I really liked, but I couldn't remember who sang it because the artist wasn't that well-known. I told him the name of the song was "Breathe Me" and he said, "Oh, by Sia!". I was shocked that he not only knew the song, but he knew the artist, AND he had her CD, so he took me into his room to listen to it. It's kind of silly, but that's when I knew I loved him. I'd like to incorporate that song into our wedding somehow. I'd really like it to be our first dance song, but I think it might be too slow, and it's not the happiest song out there, so idk...haha. Oh well, that's our story

Heh, my first meet was not so sweet.

I met the man who I'm now going to marry when I was in the 6th grade and he was in 8th. We went to different schools, but both were connected by this wooded path. Well walking home one day, these punks in leather trench coats ('97 remember?) got in my way and wanted to charge me a "toll" to get past them. I brazenly told them to "screw off" and went running past, and made one of my guy friends walk me home the rest of the year. The beginning of the next school year (we were now at the same school) new friends were made, and this kid Will invited me and my sister over to his friend Charlie's house to go swimming. So we go, and low and behold it's one of those assholes who tried charging me tolls the previous year! He didn't remember me, but I got past it, and he's been my best friend since '98.

Ok it's not as easy as that. Well, you'll see...We didn't finally figure out that we should be together until about 3 years ago. We dated different people, went away to school, etc. and had feelings for each other on and off (always at different times) our entire friendship. I was dating an asshole for 5 years and Charlie and I started hanging out more and more. My relationship was terrible and Charlie was about to start dating this new girl, and I started having completely irrational feelings that she didn't deserve him, blah blah blah. Well a few months of dealing with all those feelings, I finally ended the 5 year relationship and decided to see what would happen if I gave Charlie a chance. He had apparently figured out about two years before I did that we should be together. The moment I decided to date him was the moment I knew he was "the one" because with a history as complicated as ours, I knew it was all or nothing.

And I guess the rest is history.

Sorry for the long, complicated story. I don't even know if that all makes sense to anyone but me. It's hard to put 15 years into 2 paragraphs. LOL

I was living in Ireland for a year, and about a month before I was to move to my next assignment in Frankfurt, I went to Munich for Oktoberfest and ended up meeting FI (friend of a friend's friend)--thinking it was a one night stand. We were super drunk, and while I was moving to Frankfurt it turned out he was a great guy! We stayed in touch, he came to visit me there, and we long distance dated for 9 months. After 5 months, he asked me if I wanted to move in with him in Munich and I ended up getting a transfer. The rest is history, 6 years after meeting we got engaged.

I realized he was the guy I'd marry when I made the decision to move permanently to Europe to be with him.,,

Aww I love all of your stories. My FI and I went to high school together. He was two years behind me and a total jock. We never spoke to each other even though I was friends with his best friend and we had a lot of other mutual friends. I actually went to Italy on a school trip with his best friend and we kinda had a little fling. His best friends wife still doesn't know but FI does and doesn't care. Anyway in 2009 my friends dragged me out for my bday, the night before thanksgiving, which is a huge party night around here. FI was there with his best friends cousin who is also the guy who has been taking care of my cell phone needs for years lol. I tried to avoid him as I do with everyone from high school but when I thought he had left I went to talk to his friend outside and he pulled up in his car in front of the bar and decided to come back in because he saw me. We talked the rest of the night, he asked for my number and I accidentally mixed up the numbers and gave him the wrong one, I was a little tipsy, but he dialed it right in front of me and called me out on it, which he still hasn't let me live down, so I gave him the right number. We went on our first date that Friday and have been together ever since. Neither one of us wanted a relationship but we spent every weekend together and after about four months he told me he loved me and I was shocked. I had been holding things in for a while so of course I said it back. I had known he was the one probably after a month of dating, we just had so much fun together. We were both sarcastic and goal driven and I had never met anyone that was not only hot, but funny, smart and athletic. He was stable and acted like a man not a boy, he's just perfect and I am very lucky!

Me and my daughter were at a local park out here, one that my grandma always took us kids to but it was the first time ive been there sense she died, but anyways, shes just a toddler and was just barely learning to run and fell down and cut open her nose and chin and scraped her knees. I was trying to wash all the blood off and keep her from crying then all of a sudden this guy comes running up with a first aid kit, helped me clean her all up and was playing with her. He invited us over to his bbq and we just talked for hrs and hrs. I didnt want to leave but the sun was going down and it got cold and she didnt have a jacket...so we had to leave sigh he walked me to my car and then kissed me...best kiss ive ever had... I like to think my grandma set us up lol, weird i know. I knew he was the one when he came over to help me lay down sod in my backyard because i had no idea what i was doing. I had already laid some down and he went to the backyard and shook his head and said what were you thinking you dont put it like that and started explaining to me how to lay sod. Turned out, he had no idea what he was doing either lol. It all died. So we just talked to a landscaper and found out what we did wrong. And thats when i figured out if im gonna look this ridlicous doing something i never should have then i would want him looking ridiclous right along with me lol

I'm a little late on this, but work has made me MIA from here.

My FI and I met by fate I believe. I was just getting out of a bad relationship and was swearing off guys. I was hanging out with my bff before she left for college, as we were so used to seeing each other since I was going to the community college while she was in her last year of high school. She was crushing hard on one of her co workers at her summer job. She wanted to see him before they both went back to school and asked if it was okay to go to the town he's from, which was 45 min away. The catch was for the guy if he could find a friend to come along so it wasn't awkward for me. My FI was that friend. We found out we went to the same comm college and spend many hours walking and getting to know each other. He was very patient in letting me take my time before we started dating. I find it funny that my bff and his friend were practically dating and they ended up never dating and now my FI and I are getting married. It was like a blind date set up sorta! My bff is pretty dang proud to be my MOH and share this story at our wedding how she played a HUGE role in us getting together since if it wasn't for her wanting to see that guy, I probably wouldn't have met the love of my life.
