Did anyone get a tux from Russell's in Linden?

I love the dress side of the store (everyone there is great), but I'm curious about the tuxedo side.  Has anyone used them or heard anything good or bad about them?

No, I used Russells for dresses, but didnt use tuxedos as some of our groomsmen live in different states and Mens Wearhouse is Nationwide.  MW also a good deal, my FI's tux was free.  I also dont want to have to drive to Linden to return the tuxes, theres a MW everywhere!  Good luck with your decision.

I got my dress there, my bridesmaid dresses, and the tuxes. I loved that place so much when I went to pick out my dress and my DM dresses. But quite frankly I am getting annoyed with that place lately. One of my BM dresses straps came in the wrong color so they had to reorder them. Then I had my dress altered about a month ago, then I decided I was going to wear flats instead of the heels and the seamstress gave me a major attitude about hemming the dress. I know I should've made that decision earlier, but I still don't like when people are rude to their customers. Wedding is in 2 weeks if you want to email me (melissamurphy723@yahoo.com) I can let you know how everything worked out.  FI is getting his tux for free (you need 5 rentals for the groom to get his for free). Also, since the guys got their tuxes there, all of the BM got their dresses altered for free which was nice for them. We are getting the tan tuxes and they only have 1 style so not much to choose from (but I liked the one they had). My dad is a fairly large man and when he went in to get fitted the guy made a rude remark saying something like "oh you are going to be a challenge", so I was not too happy about that, especially since when I went in to pick the tuxes out the woman said they have up to a size 70" jacket (my dad is 50") so I didn't think it would be a problem.
This is helpful too;  if the GM want to get measured at a place near them, they can call in their measurements (which most of our party did).
The other thing I am worried about is that we can pick up the tuxes on Wed (for a Friday wedding), but they like the guys to go in and try them on in case they have to do any alterations. Only FI and my dad are going to be able to go to Linden to try them on so we just have to pray everyone else's fits ok. Then since we leave sunday at 6am for our honeymoon someone has to drive all the tuxes back up to Linden to return them (hopefully my mom will do this).
    Hope this helps!

I have to say that i was a BIG Mess trying to prepare for my wedding date.  I am a plus size bride to be, and every where i searched and went including Davids bridal made me feel terribly uncomfortable with my size and what i would be able to "afford"  Not only was the price an issue, but i would have to choose the style they had which were all non sleeve gowns.  When i was finally at my witts end my friend recommended i go to Russells where she had purchased her gown and her bridemaids dresses.  WOW from the minute i walked in the door did Erica make me feel like a princess and that MY day was going to be truly a day to celebrate.  She quickly brought me out an array of gowns to try on which actually fit me, and said what ever i wanted i could have.  Then Pat Russell came in as well and started giving me all kinds of fashion idea, but reminding me it Was my wedding (of course me and my fiance) but that i should love what i would be wearing.  After two visits back because i was so anxious and excited finally, i have my gown orders, and my doom and gloom all gone!  I would recommend ANY ONE of ANY SIZE to go there.  They truly are loving and caring!!  they go above and beyond to let you have your dreams answered.  I cant wait i cant wait i cant wait.  Thank you to all of the staff at Russells!!!!! ... now lets hope i can keep the secret from my fiance because he knows something has changed since i didnt come home from there crying but beaming :)
