I love chicken pot pie, the swansons one. Do you have a microwave at work?  or how about pasta, its easy to make and you can heat it up there and it still taste good.  Also there are tons of cold pasta recipes out there.  Soup in hand is always nice too.  Okay now I'm hungry, thanks.....haha

I used to do the following with or without pasta - tuna, kalamata olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, hard boiled egg, and some dressing

Other dishes - stuffed shells (I put chopped spinach in the stuffing and sauce), mac & cheese, soup

Often I bring a lean cusine or smart ones with a piece of fruit on the side.  It keeps me in check since I have all of the nutrition content in front of me.  Sometimes I'll make my own sandwiches or PB&J.

we do have a microwave and I am over soup, mac&cheese and tv dinners.....the pasta salads sound great.   I may try that kick for awhile.

Be careful with the lean cuisine and smart ones, they have a lot of sodium in them.

My friend warns me about that too but I eat that stuff almost everyday for lunch because it is cheap and I can count my ww points easily that way. I'm still losing weight so I don't see a problem yet!

oh and OP, what about bocca burgers or something like that? that can also be thrown in the microwave and you bring your own bread or bun

Salad, leftovers, cereal, smart ones. Nothing exciting which is why I end up going out and getting lunch instead of eating what I bring half the time haha

We have a toaster oven, so sometimes I make a plain cheese sandwich at home and then I turn it into grilled cheese here at work.

I'm really bad at remembering to bring a lunch. I usually end up going out ... spending more time and money, ugh. But sometimes I just *need* to get out of the office!

I usually try to bring lunch if I can, because I'd like to avoid spending $10+ on lunch here. Wednesday's are awesome because we have a noon conference and lunch is always free (usually sandwiches or pizza).

I typically bring sandwiches, leftovers etc. Can't think of anything exciting :(

Oh yes pot stickers from costco, how could I forget that!  Those are always yummy and filling.  Also, hummus with veggies and crackers as a snack.

    I'm a lazy luncher.

I usually bring in a bag of salad and a can of chick peas or black beans. Eat all the salad and half of the beans, with some spray dressing.

I'll also microwave a sweet potatoe and melt some low-fat cheese on top.

    And soup. LOTS of soup.

i bought the steamer bags of edamame from costco.  I'll toss them with a little bit of olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes.

I have so many favorites haha. I like their butternut squash raviolis, spinach and mushroom pizza, santa fe rice and beans, and an enchillada one.

I found this website last week which will help me when I'm in the supermarket and a brand is on sale.  It saves me $ for lunch, I used to spend $10+ each day in the financial district.

I also will bring bread and make a PB&J here at my desk.  I cannot eat cold cuts right now so it stinks big time.  I love a turkey sandwich and a fruit for lunch.

I've been on a wrap kick for the past couple of weeks. Usually tomato, avocado and lowfat cheese or turkey and lowfat cheese. On friday I put used tomato and low fat mozz, put it in the micro for 30 seconds and it was a pizza wrap. That was really good! I usually stock up on LCs too if I can't find anything else. PB and crackers is another stand by, and soup.
