Barn/outdoor reception venue

I need your help! I'm am looking to find a Barn/farmhouse/outdoor type of a reception venue in the eastern part of MN/ Western part of WI? Does anyone know of any places?

    Depending on where/what type of barn you're looking for here are a couple to check out:

    Have you looked into Albertson farm?  I think it is in Marine on the St. Croix - Judge Albertson.....

    Im in a wedding  at The Enchanted Barn in Hillsdale WI.  http://www.theenchantedbarn.com

    I second the "Enchanted Barn" in Hillsdale WI.  BEAUTIFUL!  I've heard it's expensive though, but the location is quaint and definitely the country/barn/outdoorsy feel!

    Hi...I saw there are several people looking for barn sites.  Some of you were looking for economical venues.  Check out Three Rivers Parks....this is the Hennipen Park System.  There is a lovely barn at Baker Park Reserve in one of the group camps.  It is rustic, and you may need to supplement the existing restroom facilities, (primitive), with rentals.  It is a lovely site.

    Also, check out the MN Historical Society and their historical sites.  Finally, check out the Park pavillions available in St. Paul, and the individual cities in the metro area.  Some of the state parks also have large pavilions.  Some of them have a rustic gazebo or barn look.

    Hope that helps.  You can do your checking online.....and save gas.

    There is a restored barn at Sweetgrass Farm in Dalbo, MN (north of the metro) that is available for weddings. The hay mow is beautiful - great dance floor! - and it is very sweet. No liquor allowed at the events.
