I think it should be against the law for an alarm clock to wake up Chuck who was culred up on my stomach and me telling me it's time to get ready for work. NOT COOL!! It did feel great to sleep in though. Guess I'll go to the gym tonight. tehe

I had a wonderful time with my sister this weekend. She's the best. We had some great meals and drank a lot of wine. But now my stomach is very angry at me! Oh well, it was totally worth it.

I really wanted to just get on the plane with my sister yesterday and come home. But only 9 more days!!

I still haven't decided whether or not to take FI's last name.

We did a lot of wedding stuff this weekend so hopefully most everything will be done by tomorrow.

I get to go to the dentist today...yippee! It's really not bad but I hate waiting and I didn't bring a book when I knew I should have. And then after that I get to do errands.

I had hiccups for over 30 minutes this morning.

I have the worst migraine ever right now. Plus I almost always get nauseous when I have bad migraines and just looking at the screen is making my stomach turn. I hope I get sick because 1) I can go home and 2) my migraine always goes away after I get sick.

The inlaws saw our house for the first time this weekend. I think the word that best sums it all up is underwhelmed. They liked it but kept saying we didn't get a good deal. Seriously, $77 a square foot and the house was in perfect condition and you are saying we got ripped off?! Whatever. My dad has been a real estate agent for years and he thought we got a great deal. But then again, I should really stop expecting that my inlaws will ever be supportive or excited about anything we do.

I went a few weeks ago to update my drivers license with my married last name and I signed it with my maiden name, not thinking. Argh! Now I have to get it redone. I have done that every single time I sign something or give someone my last name. I am just not used to it yet.

My parents were the same way about our house, too. Which was ridiculous. I know I could have gotten a bigger, better, newer home if we had gone outside of the Richardson area (like say Rockwall) but that's so far East and I wanted to be centrally located. It definitely hurt my feelings that they (mostly my mom) couldn't just keep their mouth shut and say, "Congratulations on being able to buy your first home at the age of 25". Seriously.

And Sarah, I've looked but there's not an app. Maybe they'll make one soon.

I know that I always feel better too when I get sick when I have a migraine. So, while it sounds weird, I hope it happens for you too. Nothing worse than having a terrible migraine while being at work. And I agree with Shortgirl: you guys live there, not them. Hopefully, at some point in the future (whether it be near or far), they will be happy for you guys.

I think Stephen and I might be moving back in with his parents within the next month or 2. I'm not getting 40 hours at work, and I'm only getting paid minimum wage.He makes a little bit more than I do, but rent where we're living at is just outrageous!

On the bright side, if we do move in with his parents, we can start paying off our credit card and start working ourselves OUT of debt, not working ourselves IN it.

Thanks everyone. I guess I just need to get over the fact that his parents and my parents are just very different in the way they approach things. At least David's siblings liked it, and one of his brothers even asked if he could move in.

So overall it went well.

But on a good note, this will be my last B&M for the year. I am on vacation starting the 21st and won't be back until next year!

I don't have too much to B&M about this week since I'm leaving for FL on Thursday for 2 weeks. Although, I have no energy to get everything done this week before I leave. And I'm still waiting for the Holiday Spirit to find me...

I feel like skipping out of work today and getting my Christmas shopping done. I wish.

My boss took us to Stephen Pyles on saturday night and ordered almost everything on the menu. That was awesome and awful at the same time. I think I'm still full from it. The tamale tart there is heavenly...oh and the "coffee and donuts" too...and the 20 some-odd other things I ate. />_<

-I asked off work for Saturday evening, and even though my boss(the only other manager, really) can work that night, she still scheduled me because she doesn't want to close. Well, that's great and all, but I did actually have plans.

Plus, I only have one day off this week, and I'm putting in 20 more hours than she is. Ugh.

BUT, I have an interview this afternoon - send the knottie vibes my way!

-I still have SO much Christmas shopping to do, and absolutely no time to do it.

-Oh, and I'd also like to B&M about having to sit in traffic on Preston this morning. It took me an hour to go 3 miles! It ended up taking me an hour and twenty minutes to get to work when it should have taken 25 minutes.

I got our save the dates in from vistaprint...we were not very happy with them. The picture was smudged and they put the wrong address on the envelopes. Needless to say, they gave us a full refund. But now I have to find a new place to get our magnets done!

And it's Monday.

The FI has dinner with a client which means I get to make dinner for one!

Majority of our family has not reserved their room for the wedding which made us not make our "block" at the hotel. It's their own fault. I hope they realize I'm not going to be scrambling at the last second to find them a room- they have had plenty of time and plenty of offers for help.

I have bronchitis, and it's exhausting! The doctor gave me that good cough syrup with the codeine, though, so I'm having a brief hiatus from my incessant coughing. I'm incredibly loopy, though.

I had bronchitis a few months ago. They gave me steroid stuff and some other medicine. It was like big horse pill looking things. They were nasty, and made me tired. So I know how you feel!

I hope my ornament made it to my person.

I really want to go look at Christmas lights with David's parents Tuesday night but I am going to watch my brother's band something or other. I don't want to not go because I haven't been able to go to anything of his this year and that makes me sad. Christmas lights will have to wait...probably til next year too. I love my brother though

I forgot to buy stamps at the post office during lunch to send out our christmas cards.

and the fries from Chik-Fil-A are *really* salty today!

When I got off work I went to buy groceries and then came back to the house. I walked in to find trash (paper, coffee grounds, you name it) strewn ALL over the kitchen. Someone forgot to close the baby gate this morning and their four dogs got into the trash. And here's a hint: I always close the baby gate, and I don't own four dogs. But, I cleaned it up anyways, trying not to grumble about "not my dogs". I then put my groceries away and went to my room, only to find dog sh!t all over the hallway. I could just leave the house and pretend I didn't see it, but I really need to do laundry. So I'm trying to steel myself to go clean it up.

Uugghhh this better earn me some good roommate browine points.

Not too much for B&M, I went to the dentist earlier and my mouth is still numb. I'm sitting in my office looking like part of my mouth is paralyzed. Awesome.

I probably will make my first C in college ever. Stupid Biochem, I just cannot understand this class. Unless the teacher feels bad for me because on one of the test days, was the day I found out about my brother being in the hospital.

I had my accident 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting on the guys insurance. This is taking forever!
