Kraft Kottage DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered my invitation paper and envelopes online at kraftkottage.com on Feb. 22, 2012. I waited over 2 weeks before contacting them asking where my paper was. They responded saying it had shipped and should be here Tuesday (March 6). It did not arrive. It's now March 10 and I have still not received my order and have had no replies to my emails to them. I have had to get paper and envelopes from another source. I asked for a reimbursement but doubt I'll ever hear from them again.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. Please don't order from them.

    Geez...you should have ordered them earlier, so you wouldn't have to worry about the shipping.

    Also, I have never heard of this website. You should not order such an important thing (wedding invites!) from a website you don't know!

    Did you ever receive your order from Kraft Kottage?  I too ordered paper and envelopes for my daughter's DIY invitations from them the last part of March and have heard nothing from them regarding the order even though I have both e-mailed and left phone messages for them and they haven't bothered to return ANY of them.  They did however, immediately charge my card for the order when I placed it, so they have their money and we have NOTHING.

    I ordered kraft label paper from this vendor three times. The first time, no problems what-so-ever. The second time I was shorted 3 sheets and when I emailed her about it she was super nice and said no problem, she will correct it and I asked if I could throw in 10 more sheets because I needed to make another order anyway. Once again, said no problem, sent me a paypal invoice, I paid it, and then waited and waited and waited and never heard back from her. Ended up costing me on a clients project. I left voicemails and emails and finally made a Paypal dispute which she refunded my money for. But really? No explanation? So odd...

    Although I agree that this company is terrible and unresponsive, your math doesn't make any sense. You said you ordered on 2/22 and waited over 2 weeks to contact them and they told you it would be there on 3/6 which, I'm assuming would be in the future from when you contacted them. 2/22 to 3/6 isn't even 2 weeks. It's only 13 days. The company's website says shipment in 7 to 14 days. Complaints in a review forum only make sense if your facts are correct.

    I also ordered from Kraft Kottage and never received my order.  I ordered on July 18, my credit card got charged and I am still waiting for my order.  They have not responded to any emails or phone calls.  I finally just filed a dispuit with my credit card company.  I do agree this company may be a fraud.
