Hair/Makeup Recs

Hey guys, can anyone recommend a good hair stylist and/or makeup artist who can do a good pin-up type of look?  I'm not trying to look too costumey, but that's kind of the look I want to go for, rather than the traditional updo/more natural makeup look.
I appreciate any suggestions, thanks!

    Like red lip, slightly smokey eye... finger waves glam?  Eek... idk. I know a lot of great salons in New Castle and Delaware counties, but I can't think of any who specialize in that kind of style.  I can ask around for you and see what I can find out. 

    Any MUA worth their salt can do a pin-up style for you.  I think you might have better luck from a freelance makeup artist, rather than someone who works at a salon and does makeup sometimes.  But that's just my personal opinion.
