Unique Outdoor Venues

Hello,

I have been trying to find a unique outdoor space for a wedding near Cleveland. It could be anything from a barn, lakefront property, mansion, or open field. We are thinking about having 200-250 guests and I am lost as to options for ceremony and transition to reception. We would love to be able to put up a tent and enjoy being outside. HELP!!! Thanks for any input

My fiance and I are haing a reception just like yours! We are planning for about 150 people, with a sit down bbd feel, corn hole, bocci ball, and lots of music! We just looked at Hale Farm and Village this past weekend and LOVED IT!!!! We are also looking at the Conrad Botzum Farm. You can google both and will find lots of results. I personally highly recommend Hale Farm

Quailcrest Farm in Wooster is an option with Tent (barn holds @150) and rental is very reasonable.
Blue Heron Golf Course in Medina has a large patio (not sure if hold 200+ though) and definitelly room inside for a reception
Cleveland Botanical gardens
Lake Forest CC in Hudson has a beuatiful outdoor ceremony location on the lake there and amazing indoor venue - not sure if they permit tent reception

FYI, Glidden probably won't be able to handle a party of 200, though it is gorgeous. You might also look into the Lodge at Geneva and possibly Alpine Lodge or Punderson. All are east side.
