Best of luck to you!!
Btw, I was induced with my daughter and I had her 4 hours after they started (which started at 7 am)...why would they start you at night time? I would be peeved cuz I wouldn't get any sleep! I was also induced with our son and he took a little longer (8 hours) but they started at 6 am. Nighttime induction just sounds odd to me, but either way, I'm happy for you! :)
I have a friend that he and his wife are splitting up. They have been trying to have kids and have been unsuccessful due to her cancer and his heart problems. I feel so bad for him because she keeps posting on facebook about all the fun things that she is doing and going out all the time. This is his second marriage and the second one where he has been screwed over by his wife.

I don't entirely know why they are starting me so late but whatever. I figure that it's because my OB is on call this weekend. It may also be that that was the first time they were able to get me into the hospital.

That is also possible KK. I'm just going with the flow. Its not a big deal to me about what time as long as he is here by the end of Saturday. I want to be able to have some pictures AWed before the end of the weekend.

My friend's induction was at 9:00pm and she didn't have her baby until midnight the next night (27 hours)
One of my coworkers suggested I ask to have my water broken before starting any drugs. She was on pitocin for 12 hours and wasn't getting anywhere and then they broke her water and her daughter was born in 2 hours.
Yeah, it is usually one of them that screws the other one over. My friends are actually two of my best friends and they have both been guilty of douche-baggery through this divorce. But I really feel for both of them when they have their sad days.
It scares me that I wouldn't see the signs, since sometimes divorce seems like it comes out of nowhere.
I'm still fightened of my friends induction that started at 4:30 on a Thursday and ended at 10:34 on Saturday. But she wasn't dilated or effaced at all so they had to start from absolutely nothing. I'm about 2 cm dilated and 80% effaced.

oh yeah, and the fact that e told her he doesn't love her anymore and hasn't for awhile. he didn't want to try to get KU, but he didn't think it would happen so fast.

I was there when my one friend told my other friend he "needed" a divorce. We cried for hours that night, and then of course many times after that. It is one of the worst things I have ever seen.
I would love to bury him and he knows that, but some of his reasons were valid but he went about it the complete wrong way.

:( Sorry. I hate talking or thinking about divorce as well. Our friends got a divorce right after we got engaged. It was so hard for me to be happy when all I wanted to do was be sad for them :(

I have had nightmares about it as well, especially since my (guy) friend is a lot like my H. They are both very laid back guys and ultimately that was my friends downfall. I get so scared that I am doing something to upset H and he will never tell me until it is too late. I am just paranoid and a little self conscious though, I do not think he would ever do that to me.
