Guess I should have checked the list...this really snuck up on me....

    1. First Name & Fiance's First Name Kaycee & Sean

    2. Your Birthday & Age and Fiance's Birthday and Age 9/8 - 26 and 4/18 - 43

    3. City Born In? OAK-TOWN!!! Sorry....Oakland, CA

    4. City Live in? Los Angeles, CA

    5. Where did you go to college? San Jose State long ago...currently in nursing school

    6. What was your major? Child development, now it's nursing

    7. What is your current job? I own my own business, PeaceLoveYarn

    8. What is your dream job? Wife and mom to a TON of kids! LOL, and NICU nurse.

    9. How did you and your fiance meet? Church. We're in the same choir and he's our lead soloist...I always joke that he's marrying a groupie. We knew each other as friends for a year and then on our choir's annual retreat in 2007 we went to Seattle and had seats next to each other on the plane. I teased him all the way there because he had middle seat and the girl next to the window wouldn't trade. We've been inseperable ever since.

    10.  When did you get engaged and how did he do it?? We were engaged last December. No big romantic story. Not even a ring (getting that this weekend). He was on the floor tying his shoe and I was standing in front of him putting on earrings. He looked up and said "marry me". I laughed at him because we were going through some REALLY tough times (I had just lost our 3rd baby) and I was contemplating leaving him - and he knew it. He said he was serious. So I thought about it for a minute and said yes.

    11. When is the Wedding Day? November 13th, 2010

    12. Where is the ceremony and reception? Ceremony is at our church in Los Angeles, the reception will be across the street in an old mansion owned by the church.

    13. What are your wedding colors? Orange Green Brown

    14. Where are you honeymooning? Don't know. Probably nothing big. I have school. Over Thanksgiving weekend I'd like to go to Napa or Monterey, though.

    15. Favorite wedding vendor so far? The caterer. One of the perks of belonging to a big church is we do a TON of networking. An aquaintance offered to do the catering at cost, and she is an AWESOME person.

    16. Biggest wedding splurge? The church. Since it's a major church in the area, and they provide so much, the member price plus officiant fee will come to $1300. This is a large chunk of our $5000 budget.

    17. What is something you wish you could have at the wedding but don't? Nothing at this point. I just really want my former foster parents to be there, so much that we're willing to pay for them to come out here. They don't fly and the train will take forever, so I'm hoping they'll agree to letting us have a private car drive them down here (they're still in Oakland).

    18. Another knottie wedding you'd like to attend? Heather...don't know her knottie name, but she had the Road to the Aisle blog.

    19. Favorite book? No one single book. But I like anything by Eric Jerome Dickey and Victoria Christopher Murray

    20. Favorite movie? Corrina, Corrina

    21. Favorite tv show? Living Single

    22. Favorite wedding dress designer? I know zip about designer anything. I don't even know the designer of my dress...

    23. Any advice you can give? Stay true to yourself. I've had this idea in my head about what weddings should be like since I was a little girl. Even watching the wedding shows on TV I had this vision. As I started planning our wedding I realized that's not "us". We're simple people and we want our wedding to be a reflection of us. For people to look back and say "that was so like them".

    24. Anything you wish you could change about your wedding? The date, lol! We're both in the choir that sings 2nd Sunday...the day after the wedding. FI still wants to sing...I personally think he's insane. Especially since our church has 3 services.

    25. Share something about yourself!! I had my very first full bowl of gumbo a couple weeks ago. It was the best thing EVER!!! Backstory...I've always been allergic to shellfish. I tempted fate and had the juice over some rice a few years ago and ended up swollen and unable to breathe in the back of an ambulance. I don't know what made me try it again...I think it may have been the smell.
