  My dad and step mom are walking together, then my mom will be walked by one of my groomsmen, grandma by another groomsman, mother of the bride by FI's brother who is also one of my groomsmen, then bridesmaids come down unescorted.

  my best guy friend that I grew up with was an usher and walked my mom down the aisle.  He was in all the photos with the groomsmen too and I am glad we had a special place for him in our wedding.  I think your cousin would be honored.

  We didn't have ushers, so one of our GM's walked my mom down the aisle.  DH's parents walked in together.

  My mom walked me down the aisle with my dad(in my culture, both parents have always given away the bride). The FILs walked down together.

  My "little" nephew (he's 15 and 6"3") is an usher so he will be walking my mum down the aisle and Fi's mum won't be there.

  We are not having attendants and my dad will be walking with me, so my brother will walk with my mom and FI's sister will walk with his mom (she is widowed)

  I think I'm having the groom's brother/best man walk my mom down, then FIL, then bridesmaids paired with groomsmen, then the MOH by herself, then my dad and me.
