Telling on myself: Registry peeker!

I can't help it!! I am having my first shower this Saturday and I've peeked and am getting sooo much stuff!! Someone got me a Kitchenaid mixer!!! and full Calphalon pan set and bedding.....and way more!

I should stop but I don't have very good self control, how do you deal with not looking? Help!

    I don't.  My first shower is this weekend too and I also have been peeking.  I've never been one to like surprises, so I usually find out about all my presents before my birthdays, Christmas, etc.  I figure if my guests already get to know what I am getting, why can't I?  It is on a public website after all.  I know that I will still get to find out who bought me what at the shower and I'm so excited.  It's great to know that people love and care enough to come to the shower and bring presents.  I can't wait for Saturday.

    Ha I will totally be you when that times comes for me :). I dont think I would be able to help myself either! And you still dont know who it is coming from and your guests wont know you are peaking so what they dont know cant hurt them :)

    I can't scold you because I'm sure I'll be checking mine daily after we register. FI can't keep any gifts for me at our apartment because he knows that the second that I hear even the slightest rumor that there is a present for me, I'll tear the apartment apart.

    Haha I'm cracking up! I haven't registered yet (I know, I'm so late!) but I didn't realize you could peek! Great, now I know the secrets :)
