Ha ha Fische, there is not much to spill other than my complete pre-occupation with him. I got him as a gift from my parents when I got my first apartment without any roomates so that I wouldn't be lonely.

Yeah, I am creepy. I felt creepy this morning when I told Alexia about the dutch oven on sale based on a post she made like 2 weeks ago.

I am lurker. I read the boards pretty consistently, but rarely post. I got engaged in August and I am getting married this August in NYC.

You can remember me by my join date. It says I joined on a random date in 1999. In 1999 I was 15 and certainly wasn't planning a wedding. Can't figure out how to change that...

Hi Fische!

The idiot who thought Presentation Showers were "new and trendy" was LuvCG or something. I found it a minute ago, but I can't find it again. I wonder if she ever got her hot, awesome, trendy presentation shower that, hilariously, was exactly what people in the south did all through the 50s and 60s into the 70s even. Until we figured out how tacky and AWish it was. Bless her heart.

I lurk, but usually at irregular hours. This makes me feel like a creepy stalker when I post, although I guess it's creepier to lurk and not post...

Um, I can't really think of anything memorable to say right now, but I might get a sig pic at some point if I start posting more, so that will just have to do.

I will say that I like the way that you guys "give it to people straight," and I get so annoyed at the people who ask for advice and either refuse to understand the replies or get upset because they're not what they wanted to hear.

That said, I can't stop reading, and I lack the cajones to respond to strangers in the frank way that I would to my IRL friends. .I'm also somewhat long winded.,,,hrmph.

JohnGalt, what's the significance of your SN? I've seen it around these few parts, and all I can think of is that years ago when DailyConfession was one of the biggest things on the internet, there was a real nutter who responded to confessions there whose name was JohnGalt.

ETA: Okay, I looked it up. Never mind. That actually explains a lot about the crazy guy on DailyConfession, that he was an Ayn Rand guy.

I admit I love lurking on this board. You girls are hysterical and put people in their place. Who needs a snarky bride section when you have the etiquette section?!

Nothing much to make me memorable... I love my two puppies who really aren't puppies and who aren't really mine. Belle (front) and Ollie (back)- here's a pic of them. I also love Disney but refuse to have it take over my wedding- only will have the cake cutter and champagne glasses be disney related... everything else is my other love- the beach! I also tend to post stupid things or just repeat what others have said, so call them out as you see them.
