Has anyone had their wedding/reception at the karl strauss brewery gardens or been to a wedding there?  My Fiance and I are going to check it out as a possible venue but i wanted to see if anyone here has had a wedding here.

    We are having our wedding and reception there 9/25/10. It is a beautiful venue. Lots of things are included in the package: dj, wedding cake, linens. But the food costs are a bit high so it might make us go over our budget. Helen Patterson is the event coordinator and she seems pretty good. Their staff runs many events and they seem like they know what they are doing and it will run smoothly. I think they are booking up quickly for most Saturdays this year so I would see it soon.     Wow - that's a cool idea! I never even thought of that before. Good luck - that sounds really unique. I know my DF would love to have our wedding surrounded by good beer!
