Hello! I am new to the boards here, so I apologize if this is an issue already raised- I didn't see any recent posts about it, though. When my cousin got married, she sent out "invitations" to her bridesmaids instead of just calling them to ask them. The invitation was pretty and had a cute little poem, and I thought it was a really neat idea. I have been thinking about asking my bridesmaids in this way, but my FI has raised the question of whether this is too impersonal. We all live in different cities/states, so getting everyone together to ask them in person is out of the question. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thank you!
