We have a student that has Aspergers. So we had the idea to have him help in our office to work on his social skills.

He was doing great, but for a few weeks he's been regressing.

So, today he got irate because a kid said that he doesn't like dinosaurs. Now, Mr.G loves him some dinosaurs, and will tell you all 200 reasons why he loves them.

Finally, I had to pull the other kid in my office and ask him please don't tell Mr. G you don't like dinosaurs, Japanese animation or swords. He loves all of those, and will get offended if you say you don't.

He went back and said that he reconsidered his feelings on the subject, and now all is right in the world. Whew!

Is it 3:30 yet?

    You know that was very sweet of the child to address the situation like that. I mean I know NOLA can get pretty pen-waggy but he still could have kept an attitude about it ;-)
