Creamy Pesto Chicken & Bow ties- was yummy!!

    2 Tbs butter

1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of chicken soup

    1/2 c milk

    1/2 c prepared pesto sauce

3 c bow tie shaped pasta, cooked and drained

Heat the butter in a 10inch skillet over medium high heat.  Add chicken and cook until its well browned, stirring often.

Stir in the soup, milk and pesto sauce into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook about 5 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.  Stir in the pasta, cook until hot throughout.

    Italian Baked Chicken and Pasta

    Serves 4:
1 cup medium shells or any small pasta
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3/4 cup cubed chicken breast
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 clove minced garlic
1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes with juice
    1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup grated cheese
1 tbs butter cooking spray for pan

    Pre heat oven 400
Cook pasta, drain, add to a large mixing bowl

Meanwhile, put olive oil in pan over medium head. Add chicken cook for 3 mins. Add onions, & garlic stirring to combine, and cook until the onions are soft and the chicken is full cooked about 5 more min.

Put chicken mixture into bowl with cooked pasta.

Add canned tomatoes, mozzarella, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

Place mixture in 8X8X2 coated baking dish.

In a small bowl mix together bread crumbs and the grated cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the pasta mixture. Dot the top with small bits of butter.

Bake until top is golden brown about 30 mins

    Taaadaaaaaaaaaaa

I used double the pasta .

I also used 2 big chicken breasts and didnt measure it.

I also messed up on the butter part lol I didnt put it on top of the bread crumbs before i baked it, I used it to grease the pan LOL

I also used a whole bag of shredded cheese. Its just a little more then a cup so y not LOL

Also if I made it again I wouldnt add the salt, it was salty enough because of the top(bread crumbs and cheese)
