We finally did our food tasting today.  Everything was amazing!  There were 2 appetizers that didn't wow us so we changed those.  Our menu is now:

Appetizers:
Beef Satay with peanut sauce
Summer Rolls with peanut sauce
Fried Alligator bites with honey mustard dipping sauce
Crab cakes
Papaya salad

Starter:
Watermelon and tomato gazpacho

Salad:
Tomato and Heart of Palm Salad with citrus vinaigretter served with toasted bread and truffle oil

Entree Options:
Penne with Basil-Cilantro Pesto
Grilled Mahi Mahi with tropical salsa
Filet Mignon with Chimichurri sauce

So excited!!!

I believe in Darren Sproles, the word "dabble", the first season of "Silk Stockings", and big, warm, moist, gooey chocolate chip cookies that melt in your mouth and all over your face.

    Wow! That sounds delicious, although I must admit, the alligator bites not so much. What did they taste like? I didn't know people ate alligator bites.

    That's so crazy, I've never heard of a thing! I love chicken, it's basically the only meat I'll eat, so perhaps I'd like it afterall. :)

    Awesome! It is nice you got to taste...we aren't going to be able to since it's all the way in Vegas so I tried picking food I thought they couldn't mess up! But we did have an option for Beef Satays with peanut sauce...which I thought would be good but nervous about not tasting them first. Were they awesome? Did they taste very asian?
