    Aw, thank you Chi_Chi! I'm sure I'll be fine. I did go out and get stuff for our Halloween costumes, so that was fun. I need to get out of this funk. DH's schedule sucks, and I wasn't planning on not having a job down here.

    I bet it does suck being somewhere new and the only person you know works all the time. And on top of that umemployment sucks. What are your costumes going to be?

    Chloe (my 9yr old) picked out our costumes. She's going to be a princess bee, I'm going to be a queen bee, and J is going to be a bee keeper. :) We are dorks. But I found lovely yellow flowers for a necklace for each of us, and puffy bees to stitch to the netting around J's hat. Should be fun!

    My mom and I are making them. She's making dresses like this one below, with a tall, stiff collar and yellow insets in the bottom and the top, and I''m going to finish them with wide black ribbon stripes and making the wings, crowns and necklaces to wear. DH is just wearing whatever and throwing his hat/net on his head and being done with it. I figured it would be good to break him in easy on our first costume outing. :)

    I did some big time wedding checks for the wedding, we signed a venue contract, and saw bands today, some were awesome, some not so much. We went to
     PF Changs for dinner, then Dylan got a call from buddies and he joined them at the bar.
    Halloween costumes UGH I am living up to a joke I had with friends.... being a person from williamsburg ( Brooklyn and Virginia) wear a colonial skirt with a ramons tee shirt and Doc Martins. H is going to be a NYC hipster. Its totally out of our character :) we are die hard conservatives and totally preppy, normally. Jaws will be dropped, Tomorrow I am so excited, seeing my best guy friend from grad school and meeting his boyfriend for brunch. ( I live an odd little life)

    Well whatever you do, don't go to Frederick's this time of year. We just got back and I swear I waited for 45 minuted for a fitting room because these teenage girls were playing dress up in there. They didn't even buy anything. Good news was that the clearance rack rocked, and I am all set for the photo shoot, except for shoes. Our Fred's doesn't carry shoes, and that sucks.
