Officiant - know a good one?

My fiance and I planning our wedding from Chicago - we will be getting married in Destin, Florida. Does anyone know of a good officiant? Preferably male - we are not religious.

I am looking for one too and my venue recommended contacting Gulf Talent Services just yesterday. They have them and do 90% of the weddings for out of town brides at my place. I have not booked mine yet so not sure what they charge. www.gulftalentservices.com
