Morning ladies!
I can't believe I'm down to 12 days!!! YIKES!!! This is my last full week of work before the wedding! Over the weekend my FMIL and I got her tables in order (my mom already had our side set from my brother's wedding) so now my mom and FMIL are going to finalize them together today and I'm going to start printing the escort cards!! Tomorrow I'm taking the programs to the print store to get printed then I will start assembling them... other than that, just finalizing details with vendors!

Today after work I have to run to the mall for a minute to return something and get some Aveda conditioner that I'm out of, then to Michaels to get paper to print the table names on, then to Office Max to get some more ink.... then busy all night printing escort cards!!

    morning! I leave on Friday for China... still can't believe it.  So it's an easy week full of packing, preparing my presentation, and practicing it. 

    g - wow, you are so close now... are you staying calm??  I'll send you a final congrats and good luck before I leave.  And I'm so excited to see your wedding pics.

    Morning!

    This weekend was pretty decent. Chilled and watched TV on Friday night, went to the Wine Loft on Saturday, did chores and got groceries yesterday. I think we might go to Ohiopyle and camp next week, which I am super pumped about. I can't hike obviously, but we can still go to a pull up site and camp. I really would rather backpack, but it's better than nothing right now.

    So today I am going to tackle the bus. I've never ridden on a bus in Pittsburgh (prob haven't ridden one in the US since I was in college actually....) so I am little hesitant and nervous. However, my FI can't leave work until at least 6 this evening, and I finish work at 4:30. So I would rather just hop on the bus than make him drive all the way to Monroeville and not get home until 6:30 or 7 anyways. Wish me luck! lol

    GMC- Glad to hear you don't have too much to get done bewteen now and the wedding. Hopefully this week at work will go quickly!

    MD- I am so excited for you, but now I just realized me may not hear from you while you are there! Oh no! How long are you going again?

    GM! We had a pretty great weekend. Friday I went shopping w. my mom and sister to look for a dress for my mom for the wedding.. and we had success! Here is a pic of it.  She is going to look so gorgeous.. especially next to my dad in his black tux.

    Saturday I cleaned all day and then we had some friends over for a cook out to sort of celebrate my bday. Sunday we continued painting the trim/door.

    G - ah! so close! sounds like you have a crazy night of printing ahead of you! goodluck with all of your stops before hand! excited to see your programs.. thats what im starting to think about now!

    md - Whats the weather like in China? Will it be warm there?

    sarilynn - goodluck with your bus trip! i used to take the bus everyday when i lived in shadyside.. i liked it because it was less stressful than driving... but i know how scary it can be when your not used to it! i'm sure you'll do fine!

    Good morning!  We were back in Pittsburgh for a friend's wedding this weekend.  It went by so fast.  I'm going to have a busy week.  We leave for our honeymoon on Friday and I feel like I have so much to do. It doesn't help that I'm so busy at work. 

    GMC-  I felt so much better after all of the seating was done.  There really isn't too much else to do!

    MD-  That's so exciting!  How long is that flight?

    Sarilynn-  I've never taken the bus here or in Pittsburgh before! 

    DB-  That dress is gorgeous.

    md - SO exciting that you leave on Friday!!!!!!!!! Take tons of pics.... I'm dying to go to China/Japan/ S.E.Asia!

    I think I am staying pretty calm. I'm having a hard time getting in touch with two vendors -- after many emails that they have yet to respond to, I'm going to call them both today... other than that I'm good!

    sari - good luck with the bus! I found pittsburgh buses to generally be fine.  I'm gone for 2 weeks, so limited / no access to TK!

    db - that dress is fantastic!  China should be in the 80s - I CANT WAIT.  It's rainy and cold here still, ugh.

    amy have a great honeymoon!!  Where are you going??  I hope the week doesnt drag for you.  My flight is 16hours... im a little terrified of it.  Already bought some dramamine.

    g - hope you hear from those vendors asap!

    We are going to Barcelona and then a cruise that goes to France and Italy.

    amy - your honeymoon sounds fabulous! can't wait to hear all about it! DF and I are prob going to plan a trip to europe next year


    md - 80s sounds fantastic. its rainy and in the 50s here today.. which is miserable. I'm ready for it to just be summer!

    Good morning ladies!  I am working from home today.  We had a good weekend.  I went to a bridal shower on Saturday and then yesterday DF and I planted our container garden.  I can't wait until we have a house with a yard.  Our urban garden did great last year so we went with some of the same...roma tomatoes, basil, parsley, banana peppers and some other peppers that DF picked out.  We love having fresh tomatoes and peppers.  DF makes homemade BBQ sauce and hot sauce with them.
    We also are finishing up our HM plans.  Just need to book our flights.

    GMC- Good luck with the escort cards. You are almost at the finish line.  I can't wait to see all the pictures from your day.

    MD- My VP has to go to China quite often.  He loves it there.

    Sari- Good luck with the bus.  How is your leg doing?

    Db- When is your birthday?  Sounds like you had a great weekend.

    Amy- have fun on your HM.  It sounds amazing.


    Pittsburgh September Siggy - Our honeymoon will be at the Royal Suites Turquesas in P*nta Cana. Super excited!
