Brother to be a groomsmen?

I really want my fiancé to use 1 of my 3 brothers as a groomsmen. He said he isn't sure if he wants to use my brother, but his sister is one of my BM. How can I convince him?

    You don't. You really shouldn't. His GMs are up to him, not you. You could definitely have your brother(s) stand up for you on your side. Mixed sides are not weird or uncommon at all.

    I agree with the PP.  If it's important to you for your brother to be in the wedding party, have him as one of your attendants.  You don't get any say into his, any more than he gets into yours.  The fact that his sister is one of your bridesmaids is irrelevant-not only is the choice of wedding party members not tit for tat, but she is your bridesmaid because you chose to ask her, regardless of what your motive was for doing so.  Your FI isn't obligated to ask your brother.  Leave it alone.

    You chose your side, he choses his side.  There is no reason your brother cannot stand on yourside.

    You aren't allowed to pick his side.  And using the fact that you included his sister on your side is rude.  He didn't force you to include his sister so you shouldn't force him to include your brother.  If you want your brother included in the wedding then ask him to stand on your side.
