Slightly Frustrated

Just a vent:

I hate that I am more than halfway through planning, but the number on the knot checklist doesn't seem to be going down.  I know I can't do so much of it at this point, but that number is realllly bothering me.

5 months left, and I've already had bad nightmares (switching vendors on day of, getting stuck talking with family member that wouldn't let me go, Fi showing up in powder blue tux, etc) so nothing that is really a concern, but still...  they wake me up! FI's so sweet when it happens.  He says it only matters that it's the two of us and the dog.  love him.

Anyone else?  This planning has been so smooth (which is wierd to begin with) so I know I shouldn't be so anxious...  but... I am.

    This happened to me.  You're at a bit of a lull in the planning, but it picks back up, trust me!  I had weird dreams too and nothing that I dreamed about or worried about ended up happening.  And I will say that my planning was quite smooth and nothing went wrong at the last minute.  I'm just saying this so you know that it can all go smoothly!  Try to relax.  Maybe treat yourself to a pedicure or a massage or something.

    I had some weird dreams last night as well.  I had a drea that two of my bridesmaids didn't show up and my father just decided he didn't want to go.  Then when I got to the chapel to get married, I wasn't in my dress!  Really weird dreams!

    I went through the same thing and then in the slow time, you find yourself second-guessing and doubting decisions.  It will all work out.  My planning overall was incredibly smooth.  My only issue was my florist closing 4 months before the wedding but I found a new, better, cheaper florist the next day.  The planning will pick up.  BTW: halfway through the planning, I began to ignore the knot's checklist.  I made my own using theirs as a guideline but with only things pertinent to my planning.  It worked so much better.     ahhh I keep have the recurring dream that fi and I forget to apply for our wedding license, and we're at the alter and the priest is asking for it. I've had the dream so many times now, that we both have calendar reminders on our phones to make sure we get it!

    Don't worry hun, you know everything will work out!
