I am having a wedding at city hall in New York City. I know that there are no appointments for the cermony and you have to wait till it's your turn. My question is that we are getting married on 3/22/12 (it is a thursday); does anyone know how long we would have to wait to get married? Is there a "busy" time during the day? Can we also write our own vows?
