I wish I was one of those calm, cool, collected brides... but I'm an emotional, sappy, crying mess when it comes to the wedding ceremonies.
Walking down the aisle as a MOH in my friend's wedding the other month was really overwhelming and I pretty much bawled when I got to the end of the aisle hahaha.

Lol I was a BM 2 weeks ago and I was so nervous so I didn't even smile walking down the aisle. When I am nervous and smile my entire face twitches I feel like everyone can see it!
Yeah same, I'm worried I'm going to be bawling my eyes out nonstop. My dad's a crier too! Actually FI is extremely worried about how I'm going to deal that day hahaha
I'm also worried about the first dance Bmore. FI isn't a dancer and for some reason doesn't think we need to practice. I'm nervous it's going to be crazy boring while we just dance turning in circles lol
ETA I'm also extremely worried nothing will run smoothly because my venue lady doesn't care to seriously pay attention to detail and schedules and cares even less to go over it with me fully!!!! That might be my biggest worry

I'm kind of worried about the crying thing. I definitely get watery eyes just talking about wedding details with ppl or even on here, sometimes. I'm so lame. But, I have read a bunch of wedding recaps on here from girls who said they felt that way, too, but then they were totally cool and collected, which surprised themselves. I guess it can go either way.
Crying but also, I am REALLY worried about the musical timing. I am worried that I will have to be the one to tell people when to walk. We're not having a rehearsal because FI's family is not coming until the day of.
Our processional is
FI's parents my Mom and Brother 2 flower girls
I think that 1min 30sec should be enough for 3 sets of people to walk down the 30 foot aisle. I am probably overanalyzing...again.

Crying, hands down. I know I'm going to because I cried at my sister's when I was MOH and I bawled when FI proposed. I also get choked up when I think about saying vows or when I see a wedding. I'm so screwed. I just hope I don't ruin my make up and sound like a drowning cat or anything.
Probably crying my eyes out for the entirety of the ceremony! I also get really red and puffy after I cry so I'm going to have to make sure I have cold compresses or something with me to alleviate that in the limo over to take pictures. Also the weather is scaring me, I think I might go buy some pretty umbrellas next week as insurance about it not raining.

But you guys actually practised! You will be awesome! We have changed our first dance song about ten times and have not practised once. We are both comfortable with party dancing, but have pretty much no experience with slow dancing.

I know I know but the whole 4 minute song is choreographed, and I'm worried about us forgetting things along the way! And I'm worried about dancing in my dress and my shoes and stepping on it and tripped and ugh!

Could you do the same and try practicing how long it would take so you can plan your music accordingly?

Aww, don't worry! I'm sure if you forget some moves, you can just play it off and no one will notice. They don't know your routine :)
I'm definitely worried about the weather (today is GORGEOUS, but it's supposed to get really hot this weekend into next week) I just would love to be able to get pictures outside on the water. I'm also a bit worried about everything running smoothly and I hope the food is great, etc. I feel like people are so picky about every little detail that I hope the guests are happy with everything.
He's been the culprit in all of my wedding nightmares. and my mom's actually. Im afraid hes going to trip on my dress down the aisle, or try to say something funny about giving me away. He also cant dance. Or smile well for pictures. He's got a guilty smirk thing rather than a genuine smile.

THIS! My wedding is next weekend and we ended up hiring a guitarist/soloist for this very reason! He won't be at the rehearsal but since I will be walking down to the same song as the WP, I have to time when they walk out and give enough time for me as well! If it all goes well, everyone will walk out on time and I will be at the end of the aisle just as the song is ending. It's a short aisle (like 30 ft like yours) and the WP and I will be walking to "Marry Me" by Train. I guess I'll have to practice in my backyard as well to get the exact spots in the song for each person to walk out to lol.

Glad to know I am not the only one in this position!
#1 The guest list - In FI culture they do not RSVP and they show up with extra people
# 2 Crying nonstop through my vows
#3 Stepping on FI toes during the first dance
#4 The food not the same as the tasting
and many others but these are the main concerns
I am ususally a calm and collected person so hopefully I am calm the day of.
