  I'd look into Sanctuary Salon & Spa (they have a few locations in the metro area) and Accolades Salon & Spa in St. Paul.

  ETA: I don't think either of these places has a party room per se, but depending on how big the guest list is- you could maybe reserve the whole place for a private party. Just a thought :-)

  I had a girls spa day at fusion Lifespa in Deephaven.  They have a private room for large group that was awesome!!
