We are planning a June wedding with the receptions being at Ackerhurst Dairy Barn. I've been to 1 wedding there, but am looking for pictures of other weddings that have been held there. Or picture of recpetions held under tents, as we will be setting up a tents to inrease setting. Also any Omaha catering suggestions? wedding will be around 350 people. Thanks!

Justin Thyme Catering and Sgt. Pfeffers in Millard are totally awesome and affordable especially if feeding over 300 people. Hyvee is actually not bad either

We're having our wedding there in Nov. and we are using Petrows. We went to a tasting and they have delicious food and are extremely reasonable! I haven't found any pictures of weddings there except for the PP. If you find any, I wanna see them. Did you look at the book that the couple had there?

We used the Farmhouse for our wedding, the food was delish, and budget friendly. Ive been to a sgt peffers catered wedding and it was good too! email me and I can send you examples from there (I assume you mean the "big red barn" on military? jsallenbach@ cox. net

Ackerhurst is actually not accepting bookings anymore. They did not say why but basically told me that they will not do anything for 2013 and are only doing the ones that are already booked for 2012.

Really sucks since they were the only barn I knew of nearby.
