Oh BIL/SIL you never cease to amaze me

BIL/SIL have been trying to sell their house off and on for over a year.  Combined time, I bet it's closer to 16-18 months. 

They have not ONCE gotten a really interested buyer, not ONE offer.  Until now.

But what is the offer?  This couple wants the house but doesn't have enough work history to get a loan from a bank.  So they want to buy it on contract.  Yeah, except BIL/SIL don't own their home, so technically they'd rent to own to this couple.

    Actually BIL did ask H to cosign a loan about 3 weeks ago.  BRILLIANT.

    Yeah, they're realtor is drawing up a mock contract asking for 20% down. That's a lot o'cash from a couple with little to no work history.  Maybe they have a money tree?
