  I joined in January 2009 for some reason I can't recall ... I think curiosity. But I didn't start posting until March 2010 ... so 8 months? But he had the ring the whole time, and I was just waiting it out.

  I voted 6-9 months because he did propose after that long.  Of course it didn't work out so fairy tale like and we are now not engaged, but planning to get re-engaged and married one day.  Haha, it sounds like a clusterfvck...doesn't it?

  I joined 1/07/2010 and got engaged 07/16/2011 - so 6 1/2ish months.

  Haha - we should totally start telling BSC newbies that they will be engaged within 6-9 months of posting here.  If that's what the poll reveals, that is.

  Almost exactly 3 months.  I lurked for a while (my sister got married last year, so I was looking for shower & bparty ideas), but actually made an account the day I started posting, which says it was 6/17/10, and then we got engaged 9/10/10.

  I technically joined back in 2008ish (I think) when I was dating my ex, but I'm not going to count that, because I didn't stay long and I don't think he deserves to be counted, lol.
  
  I think I started posting here again around May when we looked at rings, and he proposed in October so that's 6 months.

  I think a couple of weeks.  It might have been a month or so. 
  
  I joined TK in December because I was a MOH and had to send the bride pictures.  Stupid TK.  I don't think I actually started posting until March-ish and we got engaged the 1st week in April.  That was years and babies ago.

  I started posting under an older name in July 2009.  I changed my name for internet security reasons to Coco.  we were engaged in October 2010.  so like 15 months?
