Help with adding a link to my signature??

Good morning ladies,

I have this little problem and I feel so computer illiterate because of it.
I created a wedding blog and I see that a lot of you have a link in your signatures but, it shows a title instead of the actual website. How did you do that, I have tried to find the answer online but, can't any help would be wonderful, please. TIA

here you go:

Use this code for a clickable link in your signature (take out the * after the href):

<a href*="TINYURL HERE">My Bio</a>

**note**
Where it says "My Bio" above, you can change that to whatever you desire.
