I'm letting them all get their own. I feel like jewelry is such a personal thing...so since they are all wearing their own style of dress, I figured it would only make sense to have them all have their own jewelry. Because of that, I'm letting them all choose their own, so at least I'll know for sure that it is something they'll like and maybe wear again.

I agree, let them choose whatever jewelry they would like to wear (including jewelry they already own).

If you do buy jewelry, just make sure you get them something else for their gift, because something you want them to wear for the wedding is not a gift for them.

I decided to make this a DIY project so I just made each girl something. I am also making jewelry for the BMs (me included) In my friends wedding. That ended up being way les expensive then buying and then all the girls can match.

I did buy the necklaces.  We were browsing DB while waiting for my dress to get re-hung and bagged up and they both fell in love with the same necklace.  I didn't have a preference, and told them they could wear whatever (or nothing) they wanted, but the two girls said they'd rather just match so they don't have to pick something out later.  I was going to buy the shoes they wanted too, but none of the girls would let me.

This will be part of their gift.  FI and I are going to do something for the whole wedding party later, too.

I let them pick out their own jewelry and shoes, but asked that they all wear silver jewelry and brown shoes.  Otherwise, I left it up to them.

    I'm doing a DIY double-strand pearl necklace that is ribbon-tied -- hopefully they'll like it :)

    (cost me about $8 each)
