Yeah, some were fun, some were obnoxious, and some I almost always try to forget about...
Starting at 14...
- Salesperson in weird gifty-type shop. My boss was certifiably crazy, though.
- Worked at a pet food/supply store. We didn't sell animals, though. It was funny when grown men would have me (at 16yo) carry their giant bags of dog food to their car for them.
- Waitress (first at Ruby Tuesday, then a family owned pizzeria)
- a community assistant (then resident director) at a university apartment complex
- sales associate at American Eagle
- golf shop attendant at a golf club
- Ass't manager at American Eagle
- Marketing & Brokerage Assistant at a commercial real estate company
Ugh, this list makes me feel boring and sad.
EDITED because I forgot some

Not at all, I only lasted in telemarketing/call center about 6 months at a time before I went crazy and quit. I will never, no matter HOW desperate I am, EVER work in a call center again. Ever. Working in an office I tolerate the phone, because its far different than a call center.

It wasn't fun, per se, but it was a great job. I made more doing that than I do now, but it's seasonal. I made an hourly wage, plus an automatic 20% gratuity on anything I sold, PLUS cash tips. I would walk out of there on weekends with hundreds of dollars in cash in my pocket. I once got a $100 tip for getting a guy a bottle of beer and an apple because he "likes redheads."
The downside was that there was a fair amount of leering and inappropriate comments, but whatever.
