    E - None, today will be an off day

    So, um, I dropped a 45 lb plate on my foot last night.  Yeah, so much for exercising?

    B: whole wheat englihs muffin w/ natural PB and sliced banana, coffee
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: mish-mash of tuna salad on Kashi crackers, Babybel cheese, carrots and celery dipped in hummus
    S: greek yogurt w/ raspberries and granola
    D: TBD, hopefully chicken pockets!
    We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

    E - Today is supposed to be a rest day, but I baked snickerdoodles for the kids for bring your child to work day. If I break down and eat some, I'll likely shred.

    L: Spinach and mixed greens with dried cranberries, walnuts, ff feta, turkey and yogurt honey mustard.  Clementine
    S: Light laughing cow cheese wedge, special k crackers.
    D: TBD possibly baked quesadilla, ww tortilla with reduced fat cheese, chicken and pico de gallo.

    E:  TBD, I am working a minimum 44 hours in 3 days, with today being day 1 so hopefully I have enough energy to at least do some cardio tonight.

    B - 1 egg + 1 egg white scrambled, 1/2 whole wheat bagel w/ lite cream cheese
    L - turkey burger w/low fat cheese, baby carrots
    S - apple & PB
    D - lighter sesame chicken with broccoli over brown rice, skim milk

    E - 30 DS level 1

    L- turkey sandwich on light wheat bread, carrots
    S- caramel rice cakes
    D- Some sort of salad either with grilled chicken or steak

    B - 2 eggs scrambled with salsa on whole wheat tortilla, coffee
    S - almonds
    L - broccoli slaw (with craisins, sunflower seeds, and a TINY bit of coleslaw dressing), 100 cal pack of pretzels and hummus
    S - strawberries, grapes
    D - chicken and veggie stir fry with light coconut milk over brown rice

    E - ran 2.6 miles before the sun came up :) felt great!

  • Posting in here each day reminds me just how many lifestyle changes I really have to make if I'm going to get anywhere!  Everyone elses healthy eating and menus are really giving me some ideas and herlping me with motivation!  That said, another subpar day for me.

    B- 2 pieces of white toast with butter and jam
    S- large coffee
    L- Mr. Noodles and grilled cheese sandwich with a gingerale
    S- a small few small pieces of burnt sugar fudge
    D- pork souvlaki with rice and greek salad

    Grocery shopping tonight, healthy snacks to come!

  • Work day is almost over, yay! We got a thank you basket delievered to work today, all full of brownies and pound cake and other yummy but terrible for you stuff, so I need to get out of here! So far I managed to have 1 tiny square of a brownie and that's it, but if I'm here much longer I'm gonna cave!

    PW: Banana
    B: 1 egg scramble, nf cheese, canadian bacon, chocolate milk
    L: Buffalo chicken cheesteak, minus the cheese (we got free lunch at work today)
    S: One tiny square of a brownie. Totally worth it. :-P
    D: No idea. Something light though, maybe scrambled eggs, or roasted pork chops

    E: 45 min cardio, strength training (abs), and softball tonight if the field isn't full of puddles. Otherwise taking my puppies for a walk.
