It was such a tense game! I couldn't even believe it when we won. Still in a little shock. We bought a new TV today for the game!

One of my family members does work for Lands End and called to let us know that there were seats available on the jet and asked if we wanted to go down and tailgate only.  At first I thought "private jet? What's the catch?" but the more I think about it, the more I want to go!  We have friends down there as well, so a free place to crash and getting to visit them sounds really nice. :)

So while we wouldn't be AT the game, we would be at the stadium. :)

FI wants to use our tax return to go to the game but I had to remind him that we have a wedding to pay for. But you never know...

Good Luck ladies! I dont know any of your budgets but last look, tickets for the superbowl at Stubhub.com were going at a minimum of $2500 a piece. As much fun as it would be, totally not worth breaking my bank. Id rather spend game day with family and friends.

I'm making BLT dip - you can find the premade packets at a lot of bakeries and specialty shops.  You add mayo and sour cream and voila!  It's always a huge hit and I need something easy to make. :)

Let me look tonight I have a corn dip one that is great with tortilla chips...I use fat free everything to knock down the calories.

And a girl from my month board purplexandelion posted this:

    Buffalo – Style Stuffed Celery

    Ingredients

1/2 cup(s) light cream cheese, softened

    2 Tbsp blue cheese, softened

    1/2 tsp minced garlic

    1/4 tsp table salt

5 serving(s) celery, five large ribs cut into 4 pieces each

2 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce, or to taste

1 Tbsp chives, fresh, chopped (optional)

    Instructions

    • In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, blue cheese, garlic and salt until smooth; spoon about 1/2 tablespoon cheese mixture into each piece of celery.
    • To serve, arrange stuffed celery on a plate, drizzle each with about 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or let guests add their own by serving the pepper sauce on the side). Sprinkle with chives if desired. Yields 2 pieces stuffed celery per serving.
