Debi's Bridal anyone?

They had a dress at the Bridal show yesterday that I fell in love with. They seemed helpful yesterday and on the phone. But, I read their online reviews and most were not great. Has anyone had recent experience with them? A lot of reviews have said that they order bridesmaids dresses way too big so they will have to get them altered. havent really read anything bad about bridal gowns being wrong. Im a little worried, but I love this dress! Its 4 months till my wedding and Im running out of time! HAHA TIA

I ordered my dress from them last month and I have not had any problems so far.  When you order your dress they take your measurements and show you the size chart that goes with the dress then you pick your size that you want to order.  They seemed very nice and called me the day after I ordered with a conformation from the designer.

My Cousin's wife bought her dress from them.  We went with her to find the dress and for the final fitting, she did not have any problems.  I went looking for my dress and I can say they were really helpful and had a lot of beautiful dresses.  I'm not buying my dress from there only because I live in Houston and it makes more sense for me to purchase closer to home.

I tried on dresses at the location near Northstar and did not have any problems. The lady helping me was very nice. I didn't end up ordering from there though so I can't say anything about that.

Are you planning on ordering a dress or buying that one off the rack? If you're buying off the rack, other than making sure you're getting a good price, I don't think there's much that can go wrong. You just go in and buy it. If you're ordering though, I suggest you get on that right away. My dress took 4 months to come in, which seems to be a pretty standard timeframe for any designer dresses (like those carried at Debi's Bridal). If you're too nervous with the store (which I don't think there is really any reason to be)  you could always find out the style number and designer of the dress you loved and order it from another store. Good luck!

Thank you ladies! I went in last night and they were really nice and helpful. Im ordering the dress this weekend. The company is getting 12 in on the 29th so they said it will be here by the beginning of March. Wooo that takes a lot of stress of my shoulders!
