See, I disagree (but I'm liberal so maybe I'm biased), I think the nation has turned liberal into a dirty word. Every time I turn around people are lambasting democrats for being liberal.
I have no problem with anyone who has views that are different from mine, although I avoid posting political stuff on facebook. I like statuses of other liberal friends sometimes, but I have friends on both ends of the political spectrum and don't want to start an arguement.
JW, I hope so. He said that he eats healthy at Subway, mainly cold cuts and the low-fat dressing. Of course, he counteracts that by having a "couple of cheeseburgers" when he goes to McDonalds ::facepalm::
I feel terrible getting on him, because I STILL weigh more than he does and he has never, EVER judged me for my weight or told me I look anything less than gorgeous. I'm not concerned about the weight, I'm concerned about the cholesterol.
That's what's nice about AZ, no bugs AND no cold. Then of course we are above 100 for more than half the year, but I'd take that over snow and mosquitoes the size of dinner plates any day. LOL.

You know...I have lived here my entire life and I can count the number of scorpions I've seen on one hand. The valley is so developed now that they don't have very much habitat here. Even all the time I've spent in the desert, I haven't come across them very much. Never seen a rattlesnake either.

Really? Huh. I have a classmate that is from the Phoenix area and she was telling me horror stories about how one of her relatives lives near trees that scorpions are drawn to. I am terrified of the concept that they come out of trees. If I ever am in AZ, I will not go near a tree.

I pack FI's lunch everyday with an icepack. He takes things like cold cuts, pudding, fruit, ice tea or chocolate milk. The icepack is usually still partially frozen when I take it out 9 hours later. //double gavel. The lunch goddesses have spoken.
Haha Anna, we looked at several FL schools but his specific interests within structural engineering weren't focused on anywhere there. So far our states have been narrowed to: SC, Texas, MS, LA and Hawaii.
