Valeries Bridal alterations?

has anyone used Valeries in Peabody, previously Reading, for their alterations?
Just looking for feedback.  I bought my bm dresses there but bought my own gown elsewhere and apparently the seamstress is awful so I was going to see if Valeries could do my gown also.

    thank you, its says crappy customer service but I really am only looking for seamstress service.....thanks for the link :)

    Well, I know the seamstress there 4 years ago wasn't very good.  We got BM dresses for my cousins wedding there, and the whole experience was miserable.  When is your wedding? I have a seamstress that I have worked with for about 15 years (she used to do my competition costumes) and she is amazing.  She actually worked at Valerie's many years ago, but she is amazing! If you are iffy about it, take the dresses elsewhere. After my cousin's wedding, I have a bad taste in my mouth about the whole store. I guess that happens when the dresses don't get ordered, and then when they do get ordered, they're all incorrect size and color!
