  I don't know why you would need multiple photographers.

  One photographer is usually enough.  Two can be nice at a ceremony because it's hard for one photographer to get good shots both up and down the aisle when so much is going on.  But as long as you are clear with your photographer about what shots are important to you, you'll probably be fine with one.
