This is my beloved Leroy Brown (my bro named him). He currently lives with his grandparents in Shakopee, MN...but make no mistake...he is MY fur baby (although grandma seems to think otherwise).

    How we got him:

Story we told my dad- We saw this poor little kitty walking along the side of the highway (169 S) on our way home. We didn't want to leave him out there cuz he would get run over and die a horrible road kill death...isn't he adorable?? Can we keep him?? Yes?? OK!

Real Story- A friend of mine had a bunch of cats, one one of her cats had lots of kitties. She made the mistake of telling me this. I, of course,  needed to have one...so with the permission of my mom (not dad, obviously) I went over to her house after school one day, and picked him up! (we've had him for like 10 years now)

Tricks- Master napper. Also, he gives kisses. His best trick though,  is cuddling.

Here are two of our furbabies...Harmony on the top and Mew in the last two pictures.  We also have Laverne, a gray kitty, but she's a bit camera shy.  Harmony's kind of an "Oh hai!" cat.  Not terribly bright, but always happy to see you.  Mew on the other hand, is muh baby.  I've taught him sit, lay down (when I say Bang), roll over, hop up, get down, jump between chairs, twirl, back (he runs out of the room), up (on hind legs), headbutts (up on hind legs and butts my forhead with his), and his newest one, high five.  The last one only took him three days to learn.  I'm pretty proud of my smart kitty!

Aw Bimbi, Leroy Brown is adorable.  I can totally see you being a daddy's girl though, so he would probably have let you keep him anyway.

Isabella is pretty cute, too (for a dog...I'm a cat person through and through).  She looks like she'd be a lot of fun to play with.  Does she give kisses?

    This is Missy:

She enjoys sleeping on clean laundry, eating, and laying on one place for hours at a time.

    And this is Ryan Seacrest:

He enjoys cuddling, talking, and being the center of attention (just like the real Ryan Seacrest...)

Yeah, she's definitely a trouble maker....but I wouldn't have it any other way!

This is Gizmo.  He enjoys belly rubs and cuddling.

He can frequently be found playing in the bath tub (and dragging a piece of yarn with a yard stick attached into the bath tub).  I still have no idea how he does that.

Here is our 3 year old baby, Nico!

He does all the standard tricks, sit, shake, roll over, pose. And he's a show dog!

    Thanks! :)

He's a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, or a "toller" for short!

Meet Barley (sleek-looking rapscallian) and Kiefer (giant ball of black poof).

Barley is an avid runner-around-er who plays fetch, particularly with hair ties, and drops toys into water when he gets the chance. He loves to be outside and climb things, like FI's pant leg.

Kiefer is less inclined to run and more inclined to sit on your lap and purr. He stands on his hind legs like a little black bear and it's pretty adorable. He is insistently snuggly and I frequently wake up spooning him. He's also a little b**ch.

Ooh! I love an opportunity to show off my babies!

Here is my soon-to-be step kitty, Billy. My FI's parents live on a farm and have lots of barn cats. A few years ago, FI and I came across a particularly cute kitten who was really well socialized. We brought him to Minneapolis, spent about $600 making him healthy, and now he's a spoiled brat.

Then there's my little boy, Buckley. I adopted him from RPAW about 2.5 years ago. He's a handful. Loves people, tolerates cats, abhors other dogs. He's Pomeranian/Irish Terrier/Dachshund and pretty much the cutest dog I've ever known.

    This is Neeko!

He is a Pomeranian and we have had him for about a year and a half.
He can do lots of trick: sit, down, shake, roll over, beg, turn around, go though (weaving through legs), and touch. He also does agility and loves it!

Yeah I know both are adorable! I always wanted a pomeranian! Maybe someday! Nico acts like a lap dog though so I have my fix for now :)

Here's a pic of our dog, Hobbes. He's a toller (just like viejes's dog Nico). He knows a bunch of tricks like roll over, high five, and spin. We're training him in flyball, which is a super awesome dog sport.

He's almost 10 months, but this is from last September, so he's only about 4 months.

And here he is again, with his head stuck in a jar:

And pretending he's one of those Coca Cola polar bears:

Okay, I had never even heard of tollers before, but they're SUPER adorable! I'm not usually a big-dog person, but they're too freaking cute.

Also... I'm posting another picture of Buckley. Just 'cause I feel like it ;-)

And yes, he's wearing my glasses!

LOL. Ryan Secrest. Jen you're killing me. Love that your cat also sleeps only on the clean laundry.

This is our 8-month old baby, Kaedence. She can sit, stay, lie down and come. She can also not listen and chew up shoes. :)

This is her older sister Cleo. She actually runs the house. All of it.

<div>Tollers are pretty much awesome! Not that I'm totally biased or anything :) They're actually not big dogs. Hobbes is only about 38 lbs. We've seen ones as small as 25 lbs up to about 45 lbs. Definitely not small dogs, but not huge either. It is kind of funny that both viejes and I have tollers since they are pretty rare around here. They're super popular in Canada, though.</div><div>
</div><div>Buckley is super adorable. I'm a sucker for pics of dogs wearing people clothes :)</div>

This post is making me wanna go get a kitty right now. I miss my Leroy but my mother would never give him up, and he would probably hate my tiny apartment. Also, while I am not a dog person, like, at all...I LOVE looking at all of the cuties you gals have!

That was exactly my thought when I saw Kiefer eating those tulips. Cleo is the same way with any plants. Date twins and pet twins. Debbie, I have a feeling you have good taste. :)
