Where can I find button down shirts for gifts??

I'm looking to give my bridesmaids white button down shirts that I can also monogram their initial but I don't want them to be too oversized. I'd like them to be More fitted. Everytime I do a search they're way too big.

Is this someting they would normally wear? Are they all Laverne from Laverne and Shirley?

J.Crew does this. Maybe LL Bean, too? It would probably get expensive though, so I agree you should only do it if you think your BMs will appreciate it and wear them again (not just for a photo op).
