Dress fitting?

Did you or are you planning to bring another person to your dress fitting? I was planning on going alone, but wasn't sure if it would be helpful bringing a friend. Thoughts?

    bringing a friend is a pretty good idea....especially if you have one that can be brutally honest. You can only see so much in a mirror.....

    I agree with PP and it's nice to have someone take pics of you since the seamstress will be busy fitting you.

    Also, if your dress is a corset back, you might want the person who will be lacing you up to come with.  There is a certain trick to it!

    I just had my first fitting on Sat and it was great to have my mom there - even if just to remember the questions I asked and what she answered!
