Morning! Yay, Friday!

I'm fairly certain I woke up with an ear infection. My right ear aches and I keep wobbling and falling all over the place. I look like I'm intoxicated. Work's gonna be FUN today!

No really big plans this weekend. Going to a Jack and Jill tonight (ick) but only because the poor bride's FMIL has hijacked what was supposed to be a wedding shower and invited their whole family there and turned it into an open keg party, and we're going to try and sneak the bride out early. It's going to be a disaster, but hopefully we'll get her out without too much drama and issue.

Morning. I am wiped out today, and have no idea why. Possibly because the dog woke me up at 4, barfing on the floor. At least I did not step in it. This weekend brings cleaning and choir practice, then church Sunday.

Oh that sounds awful!! I hope it ends up being not horrible. That's really weird about your ear, I've never felt anything like that before, I'm sure it feels so weird!

I hope you don't have an ear infection, bay, That sounds awful. Sometimes if I sleep on one side all night my ear hurts like hell the next morning for awhile.

No weekend plans other than cleaning. I mostly just want to sleep in.

And, this really irritating guy at work just popped over to complain about something. I don't know why, after all this time, he thinks I care about his complaints. I never agree with him and always point out why he's wrong. He just does his annoying laugh and repeats himself. I really wish I could just tell him to STFU and learn how to do the job.

Morning!

I'm lucky I wasn't late to work this morning. I think I forgot to set the alarm last night so it's actually a miracle I woke up in enough time.

We are still going up to Columbus even though the game has been postponed (Thank you again Stacks) because we already had a hotel room. We're thinking of possibly going to some combination of the Clippers game, COSI, the zoo, some outlets, a movie. It will still be a good weekend.

Yeah Stacks, it's pretty bad. The bride's really upset about it (especially when she found out that FMIL invited some of the groom's ex-GF's, including his baby mama who spent the last year trying to get a restraining order on the bride so she couldn't be around their child). It's going to be really, really awkward. Also, the groom is a bit of a douche and won't tell his mom to step off. Good freakin' times.

Oh goodness, I see drunken fist fights in your near future bay. I hope you can get the bride out of there before it all goes down. That MIL is obviously trying to send some sort of message with this.

I love COSI, even as an adult it's seriously so much fun all the time! My sister used to work there way back in high school, she was an assistant to the rat basketball show. hahaha.

I was only half paying attention yesterday. I read the thread that started with Edie saying she was told by Lucy to ban Steph and I just rolled my eyes. Several hours later, I saw it had blown up and was reading while laughing. At the end of the day I said, "Wouldn't it be funny if I was banned?"

BAM. I hadn't even posted in the shenanigans.

Good Morning! Bay - that sounds terrible. Both the party and the ear. Hopefully they both work out. Out State Fair started on Thursday so I think FI and I are heading there on Saturday. They are introducing a carrot cake funnel cake which I'm really wanting to try.

Thanks, Midge. She's always had a sensitive stomach, but as she's gotten older, it has just gotten worse. I made the mistake of giving her a single bit of ham earlier this week, and she couldn't tolerate that. She was very considerate, though, and asked to go outside before she got sick. My older daughter took her out (in the rain), and made me promise to NEVER give her people food again, no matter how much she wants it. Talk about a role-reversal.

LTB, I'm not sure. But probably not. One of them didn't even know how to look a site up in Google. Oh, also I love your bourbon chicken recipe. I made it once and it was awesome. I made it again recently and misread the recipe and added like a tbs of spice when it should have been just a tsp. Holy spicy were my taste buds on fire. But it still tasted good, ha.

Bay-hope it's not an ear infection. If it is, my mom used to warm up Johnson & Johnson baby oil and drip it into our ears and it would clear it right up. (kind of gross, but it works!)

Nothing big going on here. We're going to get the same storms that Eags and Joy will get, since that system is running up and down the whole east coast. Tomorrow, I gave to go get my wedding band fixed because a diamond fell out and then going to get a pedicure (free wine!)
