And I have no earthly idea who my SS was. Like Nebb, my gifts (turquoise earrings and an antique jewelry box) were sent straight from their sellers. I love my gifts. I wore the earrings on my date to see the Muppets with H last weekend and he complimented them.

I already knew. Any told me in my AW thread. Plus I knew it was her from the address. She's the only person I know in her state outside of Ranchers (that I can think of, anyway. I don't know everyone's address).
Yay SS reveal!!!!! http://forums.theknot.com/Sites/theknot/Pages/Main.aspx/wedding-boards_snarky-brides_finally-ss-aw That is my AW Based on the included map, I was able to figure out the city. I had a strong inkling who it was, then this person posted a facbook update that told where they were posting from (creepy facebook) and it matched the city. Then they posted a cute penguin pic the other day. So my wild guess is my SS is CCF
I also have to share how excited I am... when I lived in France, I had a host family that I was REALLY close to, especially my host dad. He was the inbound exchange student coordinator for the district, so I was hies like 17th exchange student. He realy helped my French along and was super supportive when my Friend died. I invited them to the wedding (well I sent them a STD but explained what it was because they don't have STDs in France). I was emailing with him the other day just to catch up and asked him if they're planning on coming for the wedding. He just wrote on my FB wall that he will do everything he can to be there I'm so excited! I hvaen't seen them in 5 years and they were such wonderful people. I really hope this ends up happening! I'd love to see them!

Sad day. I figured the teacher from WI thing would give it away ;) Plus there was a French line in the poem! It was me!
I POSTED A REPLY CHELSEA AND IT ISN"T SHOWING! Arg. My last one took about 30 minutes to show too so I am going to wait before I repost. Especially since I admitted to being a numbskull.

I lived in a house built by my landlords father, he lived there his whole life, and nobody ever died in the house or around it. There was a little boy "inhabiting" that house. Landlords mother lived next door and told me nobody knows who he is but she had seen him before as well. He used to wake me up crying and my kid called him her "friend". He was about 3 yrs old.

You are correct my dear! It's hard to send local stuff without giving away a location :)
That mug is microwave/dishwasher/oven safe, by the way. I'm not sure if I mentioned that. Lantern Hill is my current favorite Seagrove potter. Had you had that Cocoa Chili spice before?

I will post here, let's see where it shows up! I know who my SS is based on a thread from last night-- I haven't AW'd because my camera and the cord are buried somewhere in the as yet unpacked boxes in my house, and getting pictures off my phone and onto my computer seems to be an issue.
BUT I LOVED MY STUFF, ALLISONG. It's been a rough few weeks and it was so nice to come home to a package of goodies I got a cute stocking with chocolate covered pretzels (which I haven't allowed myself to eat because I haven't AW'd), a little snowman ornament which had some problems in transit but I think superglue will fix him right up, a stocking that says "Woof" for Simon (hanging on my mantle now), and jingle bell wine charms which are super freaking cute and I will use as soon as I can be social and drink again once exams are over.
My person should receive her gift today, according to the post office-- I got it out late, and I'm SO SORRY. My life has been total shiit since about Thanksgiving.
And I'm posting this both to TK and TN, just decided.
