I flame the cold weather!! It's way too cold out! Ready for weekend temps!!

If you have a kid, it's called being a parent, not a babysitter when your kid needs to be watched.

Dear Julie Chen-  Your childs life will not revolve around you forever.  I highly doubt when you two bite the dust, he won't have a single person to turn to.

If you are scared for your safety while driving, then don't come to school.  You are an adult- YOU get to decide what works and what doesn't.  It's no ones fault the school decided so late; would it have been nice to have more than 2 hours notice? Yes.  But had they called it earlier and the weather hadn't turned out like you predicted, you would be complaining.  Figure it out and stop complaining.  Also assume school will be open until you hear otherwise.  Andplusalso, NO you do not get a refund for the days of school missed.

I flame my coworker for being a wimp.  She is not claiming comp time that we had a couple of weeks ago (among other things) because she wants the crab to be happy.  Um, HELLO!?!  She is no longer our boss.  Who cares if she is happy?  She's a bottomless pit.

I flame a friend of mine who offended me yesterday. She's a stay at home mom and always going on about how people don't respect SAHM's as being a job, etc. As a side note, she has never been to college, she has a HS diploma. Well, yesterday she made a comment to me and said "I don't see why you can't have a baby right now, you're not working" Um, with all due respect, hunny, being a full time student IS a job, you would know that if you ever went to college. It's almost more of a job than a 40 hour a week job because I put in more than 40 hours a week studying and in class. Maybe try studying for 4 or 5 hard classes while you have a screaming baby who is demanding all your attention and then tell me I'm not working.

This is going to be my first real flame.  I flame not having a handle on your budget to the point that it causes MAJOR freak out, then not really taking any advice that is given.

I get it we all have some budget worries, myself included but I set an original budget and continually evalute it.  Dont book a major vendor without having a really good idea of what you can afford.

If your child is sick, don't send them to school!!!!!!!!!!  If they are sick and come to school, they're recovery time is going to be slower because they're going to be around a bunch of germy kids.  They are also not as attentive when they are sick because they usually just want to sleep.  It also puts the teacher at risk for getting sick and not being able to come teach which puts ALL the children further behind.

And also don't claim to be a grown up and then use text speak when you're talking to real adults.

Natalie, this is my sister.  She is a SAHM with 2 kids IN SCHOOL and she doesn't understand why I can't ever keep my house spotless like hers.  Well first off I have a 40 hour work week, a 5 year old, and I'm going to school.  Not a lot of extra time for house work.  She was complaining the other day because my BIL got mad at her because his work shirts weren't ironed.  She said she didn't have time that week to do them and that he should have done his own.  I just looked at her and said he works 60+ hours a week so you don't have too.  What do you do all day while the kids are at school.  She said she had been shopping that week for the cruise we are all taking IN APRIL.  Really that is what you do all day is shop and then you get mad at your husband because he works too much and you think I'm a bad mom because my house isn't clean.  Get out of your glass house for just a second!

Well I don't know what your sister is in school for, but I study ALL THE TIME. I barely have time to workout, do housework, maybe cook, and spend time with DH. I know people do it with kids. But, it frustrates me when people think being a full time student is so easy.

    Bobbileigh - YES!

To be quite frank, if you are not mature and responsible enough as a couple to budget for & plan for a wedding ... then it might be a good idea to hold off on getting married anyway.

Why?   Perhaps because "real life" is certainly not going to treat you any better.   There will be unemployment, unexpected expenses, emergencies etc. and they aren't going to come at convenient times.

You have to learn to deal, cut, and make sacrifices.   If you can't do that for your wedding then you won't be able to do it in life.

    Just sayin'.

Two faced women. Ones that look at you and smile and act like they think you are the greatest person ever. Then as soon as you turn your back, they talk about you and say whatever they think will endear them to their current company. If you don't like me, fine. I don't really care. But at least be honest about it.

I flame constant talk about the weather. We get it, it's cold and it sucks. It will go away soon like it always does. I also flame my apartment complex for letting maintenance workers have the keys to all apartments and having them just walk in t any random time. It really disturbs me.

Also, I think some people are a little TOO dependent on TK.   Use your brain.

    A ceremony shopping list?  Really?

Let's see... you need a groom, and a officiant.   Pretty sure the rest is up to you and your church/venue.

If the engagement is supposed to be the happiest time of your life, what do you call it when you're finally married?  Have a kid?  See the kid score his first goal or at her first dance recital?  See them graduate?  See them get married?  I was happy during my engagement but I sure wouldn't have called it the happiest day of my life.  May 9, 2009 has been the happiest day of my life so far.  I know that others will come though.

    And priorities, people, have some.

I flame a coworker of mine. I know its not very nice but she smells. As soon as she walks in the door, it smells like pancakes but after she has been here for a while it starts to hurt my head because the smell turns sour and smells like body odor. The bad thing is she doesn't eat breakfast ever.

I also flame posts that say HELP PLEASE!!!! or VENUE NEEDED! Than when you click on it, it says "Hi I am looking for a venue in DFW or Dallas, it needs to be budget friendly, please help!" I sit and think to myself, how many people, diy or not, etc. So I skip over them. But it drives me bonkers!

Ok I am done for now. I don't get much time to post at work since I have meetings and doing everybody else's job along with mine. I flame that too. I flame these girls here because they take constant smoke breaks and wonder why they can't meet deadlines. Its 9:40 am and they have been out probably over 5 times since getting here at 8am.

    Scarlet,
Well you definitely need live butterflies to release as you guys are leaving and live goldfish on the table as your centerpieces.  Just make sure you don't feed the fish the day of the wedding so you don't see their poop in the water!

Scarlett - Yes, golfish and butterflies for sure.   I think you might also need to get knocked up and put the picture of the "+" inside a card for all the guests to open during your ceremony.  That's a definite must.

    Yes, perfect.  :)

Does anybody watch Kendra? It was a episode a few seasons ago but at her bridal shower she announced she was preg. in front of everybody. It was a big fail because she wasn't happy for her. Kendra ran out the door. It was sort of funny the way Kendra ran, slam the door, screamed, etc. Reminded me of my 4 year old.
