Anyone know where I can get Custom Jewelry in Chicago?

I have an idea in my head for my jewelry and my bridesmaids; I've been everywhere.  Anyone know where I should go?

    Go to Jewelrs row in Chicago its on Wabash (It starts at about Macys on State or the Old Marshall Fields building) there are about 100+  jewelry stores there and I beleive most of them do custom items.  There is also a gem mall where you can buy loose gems. Go there I have been to numerous stores on Jewelers row and each one has been wonderful :) Good Luck!
