All Inclusive Adults Only in the Caribbean - Suggestions???

For all of you ladies that have already taken your honeymoon, or maybe you just went on vacation somewhere FABULOUS, please share your experiences here and your recommendations. Destinations as well as specific resorts.

All Inclusive resort in the Caribbean, adults only is what we are looking for.

    Aura Cozumel Wyndham Grand Bay, Mexico. We went in April and it was fantastic. I posted a whole long todo on TripAdvisor (VAgirl131 is my SN there). With flights and airport transfer we spent $2200 for a week to stay in a 3rd floor room with rooftop terrace and private lap pool.

    We are going to the Atlanits Resort on Nassau, although it is neither all-inclusive or aldults only.  However, there is a resort next door to the Atlanits called RIU Resort I believe that is all inclusive (not sure about kiddos tho).  My friends just came back from there and loved it.  The only reason my FI and I chose Atlanits over the RIU was because we felt like we would be spending all of our time at Atlantis, but just sleeping at the RIU, so we went with Atlantis.  From what I hear the RIU is great..check it out!

    Sandals, Excellence and Secrets Resorts tend to all be AIs that are adult only

    RIU resorts are great, but they do allow kids. Couples Swept Away resorts are adult-only and based out of Jamaica. We stayed next to the one in Negril, Jamaica and it looked really nice. We are staying at Secrets Sanctuary Cap Cana and it is adult-only. It's in P*nta Cana, DR. It looks beautiful and our travel agent highly recommended it.

    FI and I are VERY close to booking at Galley Bay in Antigua - check out their website, its BEAUTIFUL.  Less than 100 rooms, all-inclusive, adults only, and they have a special now through 7/31, requiring only a $300 deposit.  Our wedding and honeymoon won't be til October 2011, but it'll give us PLENTY of time to get the money together (balance due 30 days before).  Trip Advisor has RAVE reviews regarding this resort...  GOOD LUCK!
